Welcome to the Avenues of Waco! Our home is designed with you in mind. The house is perfectly located and includes tons of amenities to make your stay in Waco unforgettable! Centrally located in the downtown area. 4 minute walk to Magnolia Silos (0.2 mile); 5 minute walk to Baylor University (0.3 mile); 10 minute walk to Downtown (Austin Ave.) (0.5 mile). Just steps from dining, shopping, and entertainment, experience the best Waco has to offer. The Avenues of Waco is a welcome alternative to cramped hotel accommodations. We provide an entire house for you and your family/friends/loved ones to enjoy and rest in Waco, just steps away from the Magnolia Silos, Baylor, and downtown. 3 BR/ 2.5 BA and includes a host of amenities, including: -Hi-Speed WiFi -Fireplace -Luxury Kitchen and designer baths, including master suite -Dining room -Large screen TV + BluRay/DVD player, cable, and Apple TV -Spacious parking area -Massive back yard complete with pergola, games, and fountain The entire house is yours to enjoy. We will do anything to make sure your stay is amazing! We provide you with a unique access code to the house, so you can arrive at your leisure. Master bedroom has a king bed; bedroom 2 has queen bed; bedroom 3 has two twin beds. Two super comfortable sofas in living room sleeping one person each. Total of 8 sleeping spaces in the house. The cottage house was lovely, spacious, very nice rooms and we all felt very secure. Great parking with a large spacious driveway in the back. Close to all the places we wanted to visit. Everything was just 5 minutes here or there. Our host was sweet and made it super easy checking in and out. Would stay AGAIN

This ppty. is, by far, the best VRBO, I (we) have stayed at. It was cleaner than clean, had lovely decor, quality, thoughtfully stocked items and the hostess DD is beyond compare.
The location is a GIANT plus for a stay in Waco. Loved it!!!

Awesome property when visiting magnolia and surrounding area. Very central to a ton of restaurants, stores, and the silos! Easily a 2-3 minute walk to the magnolia corner. very clean home and great layout. Thoughtfully arranged and put together!

The house was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Lots of room in the house and we enjoyed sitting in the sun in the backyard. It was so easy to get in the house with the unique code. We appreciated being within walking distance of the Silos and felt safe while walking the town.

Mom and 3 adult daughters celebrated a girls’ wkd in Waco and we picked the perfect place to stay! We loved the house 😍 It was clean. Beds were comfy. The host was AMAZING and even texted to warn us about a storm coming through. Thank you for the extra touches… cookies & chocolates, an array of teas and coffee, really nice towels, luggage stands, and robes! We felt right at home from the moment we arrived and were walking distance to our daily shopping at Magnolia Market. Thank you DD for EVERYTHING!!

The house is beautiful, very clean, and even had fresh cookies on the counter waiting for the children! We were just a short walking distance from magnolia silos took no time to walk even with a 2 year old. Beds comfortable and house decorated beautifully! We will definitely choose to stay here again for a Waco trip.

The location is close to Baylor and worked perfectly as we attended orientation. 3 bed/2.5 bath. Super clean and nice.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at AOW. The house was adorable and well appointed. It was close to all the Waco things we wanted to do - Silos, walk along the Brazos, etc. DD was sweet, welcoming, and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Stunning rental for any occasion. Clean, bright, and full of amenities, and the owner was wonderful. The owners left thoughtful cards for our newly engaged son, his new fiance, and us as parents.

My mother turned 70 and treated my two sisters and myself to a birthday visit to Magnolia (I turned 40, and my other two sisters 35 and 37). Preplanning / checkin comms we’re above average with DD offering thoughtful reco’s with timely responses. The pictures are lovely but the house in perfect was far above our expectations! Small, but perfect for a group our size and beautifully decorated and so clean! We also brought the youngest granddaughter who’s 9mos and DD had so many unexpected things already in place to help make caring for her easier - pack ‘n play, several small toys, dishes for children. The walk to the silos is about 5mins straight down the street, and with a car it’s an easy couple mins to hop on the expressway and make it to H-E-B (grocery) fast food and Magnolia Table! Above all though, the care DD went to to make our stay special and bespoke to our family was what stood out (bday cards, decor, etc). We can’t say enough wonderful things about our experience w Avenues of Waco and have already started to recommend it to any of our friends / family who are considering visiting the area

This updated house was perfect for our family of four (two teens). Plenty of space, renovated property, close to Magnolia Silos and Baylor University. I'd recommend this house and stay here again.

This property was convenient to both Baylor and Magnolia. It was clean and provided everything we need. The linens smelled amazing and the host even left us fresh cookies for our arrival. She was excellent with communication. I would recommend this property to my friends and family who are interested in visiting Waco.

My family of 5 stayed at The Avenues of Waco for a 3 night stay and loved it. The house was very clean and so well stocked. I was very impressed with the organization and all the helpful information that the host provided. They even left me a Birthday card and cookies for the entire family! The house is located only 2 blocks from Magnolia Market, so the 5 min walk was a breeze! There were also several restaurants close by! Overall a great experience and we would definitely recommend this house to our friends and family!

Found this little gem on Vrbo and the images online did not lie! Beautiful little house in a very convenient location. DD was a wonderful host and made sure the house had everything one would need to enjoy a weekend away. It's the ideal location for a girls weekend. Highly recommend!

We visited Waco for our annual sisters trip and absolutely loved Avenues of Waco. Our host, DD, was extremely helpful and accommodating. The property was super clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable and the linens smelled heavenly!
