everything about this property was perfect . clean and fresh and good vibes. located in the centre of the Porto. near to everything. the view from the window is very nice. also staff was very friendly. they helped us to check-in in the middle of the night. i’m very thankful for this. also they leave treats for us which was very kind and sweet. we like everything about this place. also facilities worked perfectly. Ac ,wifi, tv, hair dryer, refrigerator is working great and coffee machine is so good. Thank you for your service.

Location. Easy access from Airport using Metro/Subway. Bolhão station is very close to the Olive Nature Apartments, walking over Santa Catarina street.
Also due to its central location anyone can explorer the traditional places walking.
Honestly nothing. The build is old, but renovated. Don’t compare it to new locations.

Great location within easy walk to Porto old town sights. The accommodation is beautifully laid out, comfy and spacious. The cheeky bottle of Port on arrival was a welcome surprise as we checked in late due to our flight being delayed and it was well appreciated to help us wind down. Check in instructions were great and Tamara was so helpful, I really appreciated her quick and informative responses.
We tried a lot of Port and I still think the one in our room was best - you set the standard too high haha (thank you!).

Very central and close to all main attractions in Porto. Room was clean and modern.
Unfortunately I have to give a low score because we could not sleep on any night here. The wood floors were constantly squeeking from others in a storey above us and this totally disturbed our sleep and subsequently our energy during the day. I would not recommend staying here unless this situation is tackled! Also, reception is not available all the time, not even during the day - we had to wait 25 mins outside with our luggage until someone came to open the front door.
