About this condo rental
Situated in Seven Springs, this lovely condo for $200 per night is a great choice for your next trip. NO STAIRS into condo or to the slopes! This three bedroom two bath condo can be split into two units or be left with free access between them, depending on your preference for privacy. The condo is located in the Stoneridge Complex of The Villages, which is on top of the Ski mountain. The resort is easily accessible by the Free shuttle service and the Unit also provides the ability to get right on the ski slopes and ski or snowboard down to the lodge and grab the chair lift right back up when you are done. Slopes are accessible from the Village Trail and Avalanche Lift. Side A includes a full living and dining area with a complete kitchen, washer and dryer and one full bedroom and bathroom and balcony. Side B includes two bedrooms, a Jack and Jill bath between them, an additional sink in the master bedroom and a second balcony off of the master bedroom. There is a TV in the main living area of side A and a TV in the master bedroom in side B. Kitchen is ready to use with dishes, utensils, pots and pans, seasonings, coffee maker, and a complimentary bottle of wine for our guests to enjoy. We have extra blankets, sheets, pillows, towels and a few sample toiletries in case you leave yours at home. We are constantly updating the property to make it a cozy home away from home that our guests look forward to enjoying year after year. *We do not offer refunds for weather*

We had a lovely time- the apartment was stocked with everything we could need and more. We climbed the hill to get to the slope the first day and then realized we could ski down the street and onto the mountainā¦. Newbies š
We werenāt able to find the pool/hot tub at the other building, but maybe next time. We would definitely stay here again!

Awesome location. Can ski right to it from the one lift. Very nice and roomy on the inside. The free bottle of wine was very nice and just a great feel, perfect ski in/ski out location. Just was easy to reach for any questions. Would recommend to anyone, our family loved it.

Property had a great location, we were lucky enough to have some snow both days we were there and the view off the 2 balconies were great. Loved the covered parking spot, made getting packed up and checking out easy without all the scraping snow and cleaning off car. Shuttle to slopes was right outside the door, very convenient. With more lifts running this is definitely a great place for ski in ski out. Unfortunately during our stay the lift in question was closed so we hiked a bit to get to the slopes, but it was still great.

Beautiful condo. Very spacious. Owner is very responsive. Everything you will need is available. Very well stocked and offered a bottle of wine of our choice. A nice touch! Comfortable clean and great location. Highly recommend and will definitely return!

We prefer the townhouses to the resort's crowded hotel. Townhouse was great, and provided quiet, restful evenings between busy days for us. Host came out to fix Internet problem which was highly appreciated.

We planned a weekend get-away with our daughter and her family. We live in the Cleveland, OH area and they live in New Derry, PA. She has three kids ages 14, 10 and 8. The condo was cozy and enough room for the 7 of us. The kitchen and dining area were well stocked with necessities, dishes, and appliances; however, the bigger, nicer coffee maker didn't work so we used the smaller Mr. Coffee maker. The toilet seat in the bathroom off the master bedroom came sliding off the first time somebody used the toilet, so I just took it off to avoid any accidents. The toilet seat in the jack and jill bathroom was very loose, but since we didn't have another option, we used it very carefully! The bedding and towels were nice and very sufficient. The dining table provided a great place to play games & cards and serve meals. The TV in the living room was super nice and there was a large selection of DVDs. The remote for the TV in the master bedroom needed batteries so we couldn't use it. We had some difficulty with the electrical outlets...the lamps would work, but if we plugged something else in the same outlet, it didn't work. The outlet in the kitchen where we plugged our phones in to recharge, made the plug of the recharger very warm. The owner had indicated there would be a selection of complimentary wine. There was no complimentary wine. Would we stay again? Probably not. I think we would look for a place with a little more space for the kids to run around.

Condo was dirty on arrival. Floors were dirty. One bed looks like it was just slept in that morning. There was old milk in the fridge from March. We rented in June. Owner was unresponsive when I messaged them. Overall not impressed.

My friends and I rented this place for a weekend ski trip. It was easy to bring all our stuff in, was a comfortable fit for all of us, and had no issues. We would love to stay here again!

Great rental property! It was like crashing at a friends house. The house is well stocked with all the amenities of home. Great for family and friend bonding time and easy access to the slopes for us snow lovers. Smooth rental from start to finish The hot water lasted and had great pressure, the access to the sauna and jacuzzi just a few steps down the hall was an added bonus. The photos of the back deck and yard area are exactly what you see from the windows. The snow was beautiful. Thanks for sharing this beautiful location with us. We will be back for sure.

Took my family which included 2 adults, 4 teens, and a 9 year old. The unit was great. It felt like we were in an actual cabin instead off a condo and it felt very homey and comfortable.
We would recommend a mattress topper possibly on the bed in the (master?) bedroom that was connected to the living room because the mattress was not comfortable. The pillows, however, were nice.
Even with the mattressā¦.we plan to come back next year:)

Nice condo with a pretty view in backā¦open and clean inside with lots of towels/linens/games/movies/kitchen appliances. Owner is easy to get a hold of & very amenable. I would make sure you know where the pool is located and where the key will be. We missed our one pool day bc we didnāt have the right info on that. We were there for a tournament so free time was not abundant. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would book again!

They had scheduled a locksmith to take care of the problem. So hopefully that is no longer a problem.
