The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming. We arrived early, and they immediately made us feel comfortable and even offered us breakfast for only 50,000 VND per person, which was delicious. They were so understanding when we realized the accommodation wasn’t going to work for our family, and they were very gracious about letting us cancel the rest of our stay. I truly appreciated how kind and accommodating they were, and I personally would absolutely stay here again.
This isn’t really a complaint, but I do think the three-bedroom chalet setup could be explained a little more clearly for future guests. There is no air conditioning, which was listed, so we were aware of that. The bathroom is also listed as shared, but I had assumed that meant it was shared only between the three bedrooms. The chalet is actually much more open and communal, with the area underneath connected to their workspace/common area, so it doesn’t feel like a completely private three-bedroom accommodation. The beds are also low/on the floor. None of this was necessarily bad, it just wasn’t the right setup for my parents, so we chose not to stay.

Free breakfast and a double bed, incredible value for money. The breakfast was tasty and the staff were so helpful.
The area is a good starting point for hiking and the village has a great coffee shop.
Needed to get a taxi to get into the centre - or anywhere with activity! Cost around 200,000 per journey. Also the shower room could have been a little cleaner (squashed bugs on the walls)

It was overall a good stay with friendly hosts and a good view.
The host prepared good breakfast for us and every arrangements for tours and local was worth it.

The host Dong speaks and understands English fluently. He's very accommodating with what we need making sure we will have a pleasant experience from the time we arrive helping to carry our luggage until the time we checkout ensuring our bill is accurate. Their food and drinks are also delicious at an affordable cost. there's also a nice cafe nearby.
Although the weather is fine in Sapa, maybe an additional small fan would be nice to have in the room.
