This ideally located 4 bedroom 3 full bath sun filled end unit condo is right at the base of the Snubber lift at Sugarloaf in one of the best locations within the Snowbrook condominium development. On a dead-end drive adjacent to the ski trail this ski-in ski-out condo offers mountain views, on-site access to x-country ski/hiking/biking trails, pool club (when closed for maintenance the Town pool, or Sugarloaf pool may be used for a small fee), trout pond (ice rink in winter), hiking and biking trails, and tennis courts. During the summer season the main level has air conditioning. Area attractions include skiing, sledding, ice skating, Sugarloaf 's world class Golf Course, extensive outdoor biking and hiking trail network, indoor anti-gravity activity center, Sugarloaf's new zip line, guided activities, shopping and numerous restaurants. Note: Pool/hot tubs may be closed due to Covid.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us. It was located in the perfect spot, easily accessible to the chair lift and all the "fun" at the base lodge. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and hope to rent your spot again next year.

We had an amazing stay! This slope side condo had an amazing view of the slopes from the living room window.
The location was the best! Nothing better than being able to ski almost up to your door at the end of the day!
We had 7 adults, all family, it was cozy, but plenty of room for everyone. Having the three bathrooms was great. We loved it so much our family has a booked for next year.

We had another great weekend up at Sugarloaf. Steve is always available and answers questions quickly. We look forward to staying there again next year.

Absolutely phenomenal stay. Everything I hoped for. Close to golf and lodge ( there for a wedding) Don't know if I'll get back as I'm from Iowa, but if I do,bthis is where I'm staying!!

Our family came to ride the valley trails in July. This spacious 3-br, 2nd & 3rd floor condo provided easy access to them. The indoor condo association pool up the hill was a nice bonus. Wife rented a mtb through All Sports at the Sugarloaf Outdoor Center. The Rack was the spot Sat evening. Really enjoyed our stay; we hope to come back next summer!

Our family had a fantastic week of spring skiing at Sugarloaf. The house has plenty of room for kids and adults and is steps to the Snubber lift. Many hooks for hanging ski gear and well equipped kitchen. Steve responded right away to any questions that we had.

This is the perfect condo for skiers and boarders looking for easy access to the slopes. Great having a full kitchen for meals. Steve was very responsive when asking questions about our stay!

The condo was perfect for us to get our 4 kids (6-10 years old) our tot he lift and back home with easy! The owner was very easy to get in touch with and helped with any questions we had! We LOVED our stay and hope to return again soon!

Great 4 bedroom property with 10 beds, enough room for kids to play separately in bedrooms. K-pod and percolator for coffee! Consists of upper levels of end of condo block, 100 ft to Snubber ski trail. Clean and comfortable, would stay again.

This was our second time staying in this property and we absolutely loved it both times. The location is unbeatable - you can walk up the mountain to restaurants, down the mountain to a restaurants and out the front door to Moose Pond. The pool is lovely, the condo is lovely and the view is lovely. Plus, there is a ton of room. We hope to stay here again!

Great Golf Escape
I stayed at the property with 7 friends for a golf weekend. It was very affordable, clean and convenient. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep, and the multiple bathrooms made things easy after a long day on the course. It was a 5 minute drive in the morning for golf. Highly recommend and will certainly see if this property is available for future trips.

We had a great time at the condo. Great location close to all the activities Sugarloaf has to offer. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and it was great having 3 separate bathrooms. Very quiet location. I would definitely stay here again.
