This is one of the best laid out rentals I’ve ever stayed in. All the bedrooms are separate from the common living spaces which made for great privacy and the fire places, hot tub, and pool table made it fantastic place to hang out after a long day of skiing. Can’t wait to return!

We held our annual ski trip at Lake Tahoe this year and were lucky enough to stumble onto this property! This home comfortably accommodated our party of 16 with no issues. The home was very clean, and also stocked with basic necessities. I owner/manager was also very helpful, and easy to contact. Highly recommend this home 10/10!

We had four families come from different states. To celebrate our granddaughter’s first birthday we had such a wonderful time House was absolutely beautiful and the views were spectacular . House came fully equipped with everything. We will definitely be back next year. to celebrate her second birthday. Thank you so much Sandy it was so nice meeting you.

The house was big and very well appointed. We especially like the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. In addition, the kitchen is very well appointed and had all the supplies. Loved all the labeling of the kitchen, so it was easy to find things and put things back where they belong. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay and Sandy was a good host. We parked one too many cars on the driveway a couple times and Sandy had to call and remind us to move them so we felt bad about that. It is a great house and would highly recommend it. We hope Sandy will allow us to stay there again in the future.

House was as advertised and we had a good time. House has little air conditioning and the week we were there it was hot, made things very uncomfortable. Area is over touristed. Very crowded, difficult to get to beaches or activities.

We absolutely loved this house. Stunning views, awesome kitchen with EVERYTHING you would need. Bedroom and private bathroom for everyone. It exceeded our expectations and would highly recommend!

Wonderful floor plan for family gatherings. Beautifully furnished with an awesome view. Loved the kitchen and labels identified where everything was. The pool table off the kitchen was a hit! Super clean and 8 1/2 baths were most appreciated.

We had a great weekend stay, the house was plenty big enough to keep 14 adults comfortable and the total # of restrooms was very convenient. Great balcony views and a quiet neighborhood, easy to get to town or go hiking.

We stayed at this home during our team offsite. The amount of bedrooms to bathrooms ratio was perfect, given that 10 people each had their own space and bathroom. The main areas were a great gathering place for us to have meetings. The neighborhood was quiet and the home was well stocked. The host was a great communicator and I would definitely recommend this home to any group or family that enjoys having privacy with all the amenities!

We came to Tahoe for a mini-family reunion with my adult children and my brother’s family. We had our newborn and a 20 month old grand babies with us, as well (total of 16). We fit perfectly in the 8 bedrooms, each with it’s own bath. Our entire stay was exceptional! Sandy is a remarkable hostess, thinking of every last little detail in the house to make our stay comfortable! The accommodations and amenities left us wanting for nothing!! We took advantage of many of Sandy’s wonderful recommendations, including hiring a chef, taking a dinner cruise, renting pontoon boats and using the local rec center and pool. Not only will we come back, but we will refer all of our extended family and friends to this lovely home! I don’t remember ever being this relaxed on any prior vacations!!

This house was perfect for our week long family ski trip. We travelled all the way from the East Coast and were not disappointed. The house was spacious with the main floor having plenty of room for our group of 15 to spread out but still be together. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed when cooking. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms were also fully stocked. The views from the main floor of the house and hot tub were amazing. We could see the lake and snow covered mountains when it was clear out. There was tons of snow during our stay but the maintenance staff was on top of it and helped shovel us out so we could get downtown and to the mountains. The house was only a 5 to10 minute drive to the Heavenly Nevada ski lifts and downtown South Lake Tahoe. The host was easy to work with and very responsive. This house was everything we wanted for our family ski trip and we would highly recommend booking it.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The kids had so much fun that they never even left the house (other than to ski). The location was perfect for short trips to Heavenly. I highly recommend!

Stayed with friends for a long weekend. House was well stocked. The management crew was over every day shoveling and checking on the hot tub. Lots of beds and multiple refrigerators.
3 feet of snow fell during our stay and house location was easy to come and go from.
Will definitely be staying again.

My 3 sibs and their family’s rented this house for post Christmas ski trip. The house was wonderful! My sisters boyfriend is a REAL / pro chef and said the kitchen was great. Lots of spices and condiments are there for your use. Bath and bedrooms were great. Beds were VERY comfortable. Parking is limited to 4 cars (but we knew that) and parked extra cars at Bally’s garage for free. Would definitely rent this wonderful house again!

I’d like to first tip my hat off to the owner Sandy. From the time of booking, to checking in, to check out, Sandy was very prompt and thorough in her response. When we arrived we were taken aback by the beauty and design of the house. The pictures didn’t do it any justice. The decor was very tasteful, appliances updated, rooms, floors, windows, ceiling and blinds all very clean. TV’s in nearly every room. And the Christmas tree was still up along with other X-mas decorations which made the house glow. 😊
What was so awesome about the house was that everything was where it should be, labeled and easy to access in the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. There were even a ton of spices for cooking.
Our group ranged from the ages of 11 months old to 76 years old. There was space for everyone to have some privacy and alone time. Even though the house was huge, it felt so cozy…bonus for us, it snowed and the view was wonderous. Adrian (the maintenance/plower/godsend!) was so kind and helpful. He came out and cleared the driveway daily and made sure we were all taken care of.
We would definitely return!

We just finished a 3 night stay at this property with 8 total couples and the property did not disappoint. Immaculate in every way and you could tell it had pride of ownership. We all slept comfortably and had an amazing time and communication with the owner was seamless. Very highly recommend to large families or friend helps

This house is very accommodating for a large group, including young kids. The kitchen is fully stocked (spices and kitchen appliances) which was great for prepping for thanksgiving dinner. The house is beautiful, well kept, and all the furniture and beds are comfortable. Communication with the owner was very easy. They have everything you need for bringing along young kids. The house is close to grocery stores and Heavenly. We had an awesome stay.

The check-in process was super easy and Sandy was very helpful with lots of information and advice. Sandy Kraus, is also very responsive to any questions or concerns you may have.
The house is very well appointed with nice products for both kitchen and bathrooms, comfortable beds, spacious living areas, and decks on all three levels with great views.

Everything was amazing. The view was so beautiful from the back deck. My group had 12 ladies and we had plenty of space to spread out for privacy or to hang out together in the shared spaces. Sandy was amazing to communicate with the entire time, not that we needed much. The beds were very comfortable and the fans in the room were a wonderful surprise. With 12 women we appreciated the toiletries in the shower and bathroom areas. As many have said prior, the house was very well stocked with so much, from ziplock bags to luggage racks! The hot tub was very clean and all the towels by the back door were great. Being able to park in the garage was wonderful. The location to the downtown area was very convenient but since we were up the mountain a few minutes we had lots of quiet privacy.

This is an amazing property for a large group, especially those with children! A group of 12 adults and 4 children/babies enjoyed this home for a reunion trip. Unfortunately the timing of our stay coincided with a large nearby wildfire so air quality in the area prevented us from being able to enjoy beautiful Tahoe, which made us extra appreciative of the amazing home as we spent much more time indoors than originally planned! This house is incredibly spacious (several bedrooms and bathrooms were unused and we could easily fit more several more couples) and was one of the best stocked properties I've ever been to. Everything is labeled perfectly so you know where to find everything, which is extra helpful with a large group. There's every kitchen tool and product you could want, and everything was high quality and in excellent shape - we had no trouble making several decadent meals. The BBQ is also enormous, which is especially helpful when cooking for a large crew! The house was very safe for children, and the host supplies several useful items for small children like a pack n play, stroller, baby gates, etc.
The only challenge is the lack of parking (permits for 4 cars) which is tough when a house can sleep so many people. This is outside of the host's control, but something to be aware of. There is parking at stateline, but be careful to find a garage at a casino that doesn't charge for parking (we weren't careful enough and paid the price). There is also no sound system, so it's recommended to bring a portable speaker if you want to listen to music.
Overall a fantastic property and places like this set the bar for a high quality rental home!

One of the best properties I have stayed at in Lake Tahoe! Well organized and stocked with more than most! We had family and children with us and had intended to cook the entire week only to find out the day prior that the whole oven didn't work. We were left with a small convection oven and one barbeque which wasn't sufficient at all. We had to make it work but definitely made the stay more challenging.
I would love to come back again, amazing property overall.

What a spectacular vacation home. Surrounded by giant Ponderosa Pines and abundant wildlife this house checks all the boxes. The views are breath taking and the house accommodated our family with a well-stocked kitchen and all the amenities we needed.
Our host, Sandy, responded immediately to all our questions and even informed us of unexpected road work in the area. I would highly recommend a vacation at this house.
