About this house rental
Welcome to Pipe Dream East
Check out our beach-front duplex in Fort Morgan. We are located 15 miles from Highway 59 in a private beach community on the historic Fort Morgan peninsula. The house is on miles of residential beach, but only minutes from all the excitement of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach.
Be sure to check the east side of the home at 631063 if this side is booked or you are interested in renting both sides.
Enjoy our home with almost 1700 square feet of living space per unit. With 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, this unit accommodates 8 people in comfort. We have a soundproof wall between the units with an interior door that connects them - ideal if you're renting the entire home.
It is family-owned and managed and was designed with all the comforts of home in mind.
Living area:
The living area looks out over the Gulf and opens to the large deck through the 9 foot sliding door. The living room has a Sofa/Hide-A-Bed, 2 recliners and a bench seat plus a 60-inch TV, DVD player and Bluetooth stereo.
Kitchen and dining area:
The fully-equipped kitchen offers all the conveniences of home. With service for 12, you will find everything you need to serve up a great meal and the pantry closet offers plenty of room for a week's worth of groceries. The dining area has seating for 8 at the table and 4 stools at the breakfast bar.
Laundry area:
The laundry closet upstairs has a full-size/front load washer/dryer with hanging rods and ample shelving for storage.
Bedrooms:
All bedrooms have a private bathroom and HD T.V.s. The master suite has a king size bed, 50 inch T.V., desk and a walk-out to a private beach-front balcony. The 2nd bedroom (upstairs) has 2 queen beds, separate closets and an ocean view. The 3rd bedroom, located on the main floor, has a queen bed and windows overlooking the street.
Outside:
Outside you will find parking for 4 cars on our paved parking area, two grills and a place to dine in the shade under the center of the building. The unit has covered stairs leading to a private entryway and the deck has a 6-foot shared walkway to the beautiful white sand beaches. The deck has an 8x16 ft divided area opening to a 12x 32 shared area ideal for groups.

We loved the house and was super close to the beach. The property was gorgeous and stay again.

The rental had everything we needed to be comfortable. The property is close to the water with a beautiful white sandy beach. We hired Jordan of G2 coastal fishing charters to supply us with fishing equipment and bait to do a 4-Hour surf fish right out front of the rental, it was a lot of fun!

This property is one of the best we have stayed. The unit was clean and beautifully decorated. The location is perfect, right off the beach! The supplies were well stocked. I wasn't sure before the trip, but they do offer not only beach chairs but also beach umbrellas for those sunny days. I hope that info will be helpful to future travelers. The host is very nice and responsive. Definitely highly recommend! The only thing we found out too late was that the wall between the west and east units was not very soundproof. We thought it was quite soundproof and definitely had too much fun during family game nights late at night. Then we found out the day before we checked out that we could hear people talking and the cleaner in the next unit on the main floor. We just lucked out that the renters in the next unit were quiet, so we didn't realize they could probably hear us when we were getting too excited with a game of Grabitz. So be aware of your own noise level.

Highly Recommend! I really can’t say enough good things about this property. It was very clean had everything we needed. Most mornings we enjoyed watching dolphins swim by from the deck. The beach is so close and quiet it really felt like it was our own little beach. Host was quick to respond with any questions. Would definitely stay again!
