The rooms were spacious and clean. The owners were so kind and helpful. We had a perfect Sapa experience because the owners helped arrange for the car service and also provided us with so many suggestions on where to go, what to do and eat. Thank you Hello Sapa!

Perfect location as it is near and central to basically everything. This is family run hotel and the owner Mrs. Mia upgraded my room and I appreciate this so much! Beddings and linen were all clean and comfortable. There is also a bahn mi store in front of the hotel which is the best I've had in Vietnam. Breakfast is a fixed menu, and it was tasty. Overall, location and value for money is unbeatable.
The only thing that could be improved is the bathroom layout - an enclosure or curtain could help in keeping the other areas of the bathroom dry after showering.

Receptionists are very kind. The TV was broken and they changed it the next day. We had a bus pick us up late at night and they let us leave our luggage and stay there.
We were staying in the 5th floor and seems the owner with a baby are upstairs…. So many noises from that….
Mmm a few things need maintenance… shower a bit broken… water everywhere…
