The staff was great everywhere. A really good feature was personal assistant, which was accessible via whatsapp and customer relations desk. We found this very helpful. Many pools, kids zone, multiple restaurants and bars, entertainment each evening.
I ate only inside the facility, and got strange stomach after day 4. We stayed for 7 nights. My wife and kid were alright.
I asked for the taxi price to airport at the checkout day, and at the reception the girl said 60€, but the day before it was 30€. I told her that the day before was 30€ and she didn't blink and said, yes. So I went outside, where there are many taxi's and arranged one for 30€. The uber doesn't work there as nearby are 2 parking lots and they know they can charge 30€ and nobody is picking the drive or canceling immediately.
