We loved how close we were to the beach. We swam in the ocean every day. Rosa cooked a delicious breakfast every morning and made us 5 of our 7 dinners; we all loved her food. Lunch at the beach club was easy. Swimming in the natural swimming holes in the Eco Park was a delight. Our daughters in their 20s loved zooting around in golf carts. Truly relaxing and comforable house, and local on the resort. Felt very safe.

We had such a wonderful stay at this villa! So well situated and very well equipped, we had a really great time in family! Eduardo is a great host and Rosa was so lovely! Everything was just perfect!

Our family had an amazing trip to Punta Cana! The house was perfect for our family of 5. The location was ideal since our son was in a golf tournament at La Cana golf course. Having the ability to rent a golf cart was so helpful. We used it multiple times a day. Rosa was wonderful. We would definitely stay again!

Our 60th birthday girls trip to Punta Cana was perfect thanks to Eduardo & the wonderful Rosa. The home was comfortable, clean and well appointed, exactly as advertised. We could walk or golf cart to most locations and if we needed a ride, it could be arranged. Rosa made a delicious breakfast every day at a time of our choosing & we chose 2 dinners at home that were also wonderful thanks to Rosa’s culinary skills. Eduardo responded quickly to all questions before, during and after our trip. We utilized the spa on the property which was top notch and exceeded all of our expectations. If you are looking for a tropical get away with family or friends, we would highly recommend this property.

Our stay was simply amazing. The home, staff and location were A Plus.
Our host Eduardo and Sandra our chef made our stay relaxing. We didn’t want for anything during this trip. It was great to wake up and be taken care of daily. We didn’t have a care in the world. The meals prepared for us were definitely a highlight. If you book to stay here definitely include the meals. It was worth the extra expense.

We celebrated a number of major milestones by going to Punta Cana, our first visit there. The property was exactly as described and very welcoming. We opted for Rosa’s services. She provided daily breakfast by the pool and four dinners. The food was excellent. Rosa was like a ninja, slipping in out out to take care of things (even refilling ice trays) when we weren’t looking. We also utilized the golf carts, which you simply cannot go without on the resort. My husband and guest played golf and it was beyond their expectations. We visited the ecological reserve and it was a group favorite. Eduardo recommended the catamaran excursion and it was so much fun. We ate at the beach club for lunch, food was good. We ate at La Yola once and it was ok. We also ate lunch at the Westin Hotel and it was a favorite for the entire party. We played pickle ball on the resort once, wishing we would have taken the time to do it more. We visited the mall and ate dinner there. Not really worth the trip. We also visited the villages for dinner and that was great. Taxi was only $50 round trip for six of us. Overall, the trip was exactly as expected. Only change we would make is to grocery shop on our own when we arrived. It’s hard for others to figure out your snack choices when there are product limitations outside the states. Great trip and highly recommend.

This is an amazing house and experience. We stayed for a week. The location and pool are quiet and relaxing. Easy access to the resort and beach which we did not use much because we liked pool at the house better. Rosa is amazing!!! She cooked breakfast every day and dinner four nights. It's way better than the restaurant and great after a day of excursions to not have to figure out what to eat. We used the prepaid transportation to and from the airport which were efficient and professional. Cleanliness was a 10/10. Eduardo was great to work with as we had to change our dates forward a couple weeks. He emailed on a timely basis and I always knew what I needed to get back to him. We will definitely be using this house again.

We had a great time at this house and at the resort. We were a party of 6 - grandparents, parents, and grandchildren. The house was perfect, we wouldn't change a thing. Any very minor repairs (like an outdoor umbrella) were fixed immediately. The bonus - and what made this stay so wonderful, was Rosa! She cooked all our breakfasts and 4 dinners. Her meals were delicious. We had been a bit hesitant about having her cook for us because we have a wide range of tastes and dietary needs but none of that was an issue. The only thing we would do differently is go to the grocery store ourselves on our first or second day. It's really not that far away and it would have made it easier to have snacks, etc in the house. Eduardo, the manager/owner, was very helpful and, among other things, encouraged us to go to the ecological reserve, located within the resort. We would highly recommend that as something anyone going there should do. It was very interesting to see and provided great swimming opportunities in the lagoons. We had a great time and I'm already recommending it to some friends.

This gorgeous villa was in a perfect location within the golf club community! Easy access to the Cana beach club and the Westin nearby with use of villa golf cart. It was clean, well appointed and in beautiful gated community. Eduardo was super nice and could answer any questions we had or get us the necessary help! Rosa the cook was wonderful! We had amazing breakfasts, by the pool, and dinners everyday. She was a better cook than going out to the restaurants! Overall, this was great place for a relaxing vacation with two wonderful hosts in a beautiful place! We will be returning again in the future!!

My family and I had a fantastic time on this trip. The property is exactly as listed. The villa resides in a private community about 5-10 minutes from the airport. The community is very quiet and gorgeous. We often had the beach to ourselves.
We rented the golf carts and did Rosas meal service and both were well worth it. I wouldn’t recommended eating in restaurants in the resort because prices are very inflated (all prices in USD and pricier than NYC!) and it’s not tastier than Rosas cooking! Eduardo was very helpful with all of our questions and requests. The highlights were the lovely pools at ojos indígenas (5min golf cart ride and free entry for guests!) and the catamaran tour. Eduardo helped us set up the boat tour with a group for $70/person. My brother also enjoyed the golf course a lot.
We also rented a car which was nice for running errands and going up to Bávaro to visit a friend. There’s no real marketplace within the community.
The only downside is you don’t get a feel for local life or culture—but that’s most of punta cana! Still—a great place for a beautiful and quiet family vacation.

Past reviews and images of the property were spot on for this beautiful, accommodating villa. Eduardo made our stay from beginning to end seamless and enjoyable - from being picked up at the airport, having groceries ready for us upon arrival, and to making sure what we needed for our 16 month old grandson. Eduardo also arranged for festive balloons and a delicious birthday cake be delivered for our son's birthday.
We also had the exceptional cooking and kindness of Rosa. Thank you Rosa!! We arrived to a beautiful cheese/cracker/fruit plate which we enjoyed in the perfect outdoors setting. The backyard/pool area is stunning. The landscaping is not only beautiful but it provides privacy and shaded areas.
The location is perfect and the golf carts allowed us to explore Punta Cana at our leisure.
I would highly recommend this villa.

Our stay at Eduardo’s home exceeded our expectations! The accommodations are lovely! Beds are very comfortable and bedrooms are spacious. The grounds and pool area give several options for seating, game playing and relaxation. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood about 10 minutes from the Village of Punta Cana.
Eduardo and Rosa are delightful! They both live on site, but you don’t even know they are there unless you request their services for driving, cooking or laundry. I would highly recommend using Eduardo to buy your groceries as he does a great job. Rosa is as sweet as sugar and a delicious cook! She quietly works her magic in the kitchen, serves up the food and then politely excuses herself. She is like a little Christmas elf who cleans up after you, makes your bed and refreshes your towels, all with a smile on her face.
What we enjoyed while here-using Rosa’s services! Renting a golf cart for easy travel around the area! Golf courses in our backyard for handy and fun entertainment. Pickleball/tennis facilities within a 10 minute golf cart ride?
You will love your stay in Punta Cana if you chose to stay here!

The best!!!
Prior to arriving Eduardo collected from us all information required to have a seamless arrival/departure (transportation) and stay (grocery list and meal selection). Upon arrival at the house we were welcomed by Eduardo and Rosa. The house was absolutely Beautiful and well maintained. We loved the peacefulness of the place. We loved Rosa who quietly took care of us and made us delicious breakfasts and dinners (this was a real treat for all of us). The property and community is beautiful and you absolutely, absolutely need the golf carts to get around.
We wanted to relax and that is exactly what we did everyday at the beach (staff there was very attentive). We did not leave the resort area, if our stay was longer we would likely explore outside but that was not on our agenda. We will definitely be back and certainly highly recommend.

The house was lovely. We enjoyed the space and the children loved playing in the pool. Rosa was attentive and hardworking and the grocery service was sufficient.
The host was a bit condescending in communications and airport transport on arrival wasn’t a smooth experience, perhaps due to the recovery from the hurricane the week earlier. Most of the services in the resort were unavailable so there wasn’t much to do in the neighbourhood.
In summary, we had a nice and restful week in this beautiful home and island.

We stayed in this house for a total of 6 days. We enjoyed such a clean open space to stay. Privately gated community and secure location. Moreover, we were extremely happy with staying at this location and the amenities that it included. We rented a golf cart for the duration of our stay which was very much used to go to and from the club house and various restaurants. A great scenery to enjoy at the beach and clubhouse, alongside with golfing and enjoying some hiking in the nearby lagoons.
Moreover, Rosa was such an excellent part of our stay and cooked amazing meals and was very attentive to all guest. She was a fantastic addition to this stay and absolutely phenomenal going out of her way for anything that we needed.
We highly recommend this stay and would greatly enjoy coming back as the time here was well spent!

Overall we had an amazing time at this property, it was clean, nice, and well maintained on a golf course. The beach and golf course were less than 5 mins away and the airport is 10 mins away. Rosa, the person who was our cook for the week and made our beds was FABULOUS! The biggest issue we had with the property is there I an entry gate and the restrict who you can have on the property. Only the people that are staying in the property are allowed within the community which was something we were unaware of until a week prior to our arrival. The pool is a little smaller than the pics show, but was great size for 6 people. Overall, I would stat there again. The owner stays right next door in a. Adjoining property, but we never heard him unless we needed to talk with him. Great place for a family or couple la getaway, not so good for a boys or girls trip.

The property is lovely and a great place to stay with a family. The community was great and we rented a golf cart from Eduardo and were able to access the beach, the beach club, a few restaurants, and the Westin. This is a great place to stay if you want a quieter vacation. No crazy night life, just a lovely home tucked into the corner of a golf community just minutes from the airport, grocery and mall. We hired the chef to prepare breakfast and dinners, and Rosa was amazing! Super helpful and delicious meals.

Rosa prepared fabulous breakfasts and dinners based on our food/menu choices provided prior to our stay. Rosa was also always available to help call a taxi to take us to the nearby Punta Cana Village which includes a local upscale grocery store, pharmacy and restaurants.
When we arrived, Rosa had already shopped for all the staple items needed to prepare these delicious meals (for a modest additional fee). We were welcomed with a bottle of chilled champagne and a lovely Italian meat tray. In addition, Eduardo provided golf carts for rent on premise that enabled quick access via well-defined golf cart paths to the ocean and throughout the resort and golf course. Upon arrival, Eduardo provided a tour of the golf cart paths to acclimate us to the resort. The resort included a stellar club house with excellent facilities including a huge pool, a bar, restaurant, and access to the beach with lounges and on beach waiter service, etc. The club house is ocean front and provided every amenity needed while enjoying the sun and ocean.
We would definitely repeat this experience. It was a terrific week!

Fun family vacation
The house was beautiful and met all of our needs for a relaxing family vacation. We loved Rosa. She is so warm and an awesome cook. The kids and adults enjoyed the pool. We loved sitting out during the evening and enjoying the beautiful patio. Eduardo check in on us a couple of times to be sure all was good. We loved having the golf cart. In our view, this is a must. We used it for going to the beaches and enjoyed exploring the resort. Although we did not rent a car, we would probably do this next time. Taxis are very expensive and Ubers are not allowed on the resort. We had one golfer in the group and he was impressed with the golf course.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The house was clean and nicely decorated. We took advantage of the service of breakfast and most dinners provided by Rosa the cook and housekeeper, it was phenomenal!!!!! Well worth it!! Groceries were a little more expensive than in the USA but her cooking was well worth it! The owner and Rosa are on site during the stay but it was no problem. The area was very low key and safe which was just what we were looking for. We went on excursions most every day and then enjoyed a quite and relaxing night at our villa. I definitely recommend this rental and I can’t wait to return!

We had a wonderful week. Eduardo is a fantastic host. His communication was excellent before and during our stay. Rosa was excellent as well. We had 4 teens and 4 adults all enjoyed. Our family had a wonderful stay at Villa Tatagua. My family of 6 had plenty of room. The pool area was perfect for meals & a relaxing day at the pool. Best family holiday ever!
What a fantastic stay!! The whole holiday experience of visiting Dominican Republic was amazing: the friendliness of the people, weather, beautiful beaches and excursions etc but was made extra special by staying in this fantastic villa! Everything ran smoothly- from transportation to communication with Eduardo who was so great throughout the trip, perfect host including advice, help and offering free entry to ecological park etc, the house itself is so lovely inside, rooms so big and comfortable, pool and terrace area perfect for fun and relaxing, we cooked most evenings and kitchen facilities were great, location excellent as well as near beach and town etc. Rosa the housekeeper looked after us so well, very discreet but super helpful and nice. I cannot rate this holiday high enough, a real 10 out of 10 and would thoroughly recommend this villa as the ideal place to stay if visiting Punta Cana!!

Very nice home and area
We had never been to Punta Cana before so we were not sure what to expect, but Eduardo was very organized and helpful and keen to make sure our vacation was enjoyable. The home was very nice and had all the amenities we needed. Rosa, our cook/housekeeper was very nice and helpful and her cooking was delicious. Punta Cana Resort and Club is an exclusive, high-end residential and resort community, several miles from the crowded Bavaro beach area. The golf courses were great, the tennis facility had nice clay courts, the beaches were beautiful and the dining options were plentiful.

Our family absolutely loved our stay at the property. We opted to have the chef service because we wanted authentic and local foods. We were not disappointed! When we arrived the host took our family on a quick tour and was attentive to our requests. The house is clean and comfortable. We look forward to returning for another stay!
