The place // location is okay. Most positive point were the super friendly staff and the filtered water access in the room.
It's a busy area, not too clean, not very well isolated (sound and temperature wise), very noisy with a lot of work around. Since it was relatively cheap for SG prices, I didn't expect too much, but my room was quite dirty with hair on the bed and a lot of stuff below it. The bathroom was so tiny, you basically sat on the toilet to take a shower.
