Exhausted after a non-stop 19-hour flight, it was great just to walk under cover to the Crown Plaza. Likewise, with an 0500 check-in at Terminal 3 on departure day, the location was beneficial.

Breakfast amazing, location brilliant for a long layover. Staff very helpful and really friendly, they really made our stay
Late check out very expensive, and air con not very good in lobby or lifts (lifts in particular at baking hot!)

Get skytrain to T3 and literally a minute walk. Long wait for checkin, bit of a maze to get to the room, room was clean but the bathroom door did not shut easily, we paid for breakfast but that did not include proper barista coffee. Would recommend for a sleep layover as really convenient but not suitable if here for longer than overnight as quite boring, quite pricy for what you get.
