I really enjoyed my stay at Marco Polo Hotel. The hotel was excellent, with clean and comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff, and a pleasant atmosphere. The location was convenient, the facilities were well maintained, and the overall service made the experience very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend it and would be happy to stay there again.
I liked everything about the property, so it is difficult to mention anything I disliked. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and was satisfied with all aspects of the hotel.

Overall, this hotel gives the impression of a place that used to be top-notch for China about 30 years ago, but which has fallen behind the times. It has a decent breakfast, with both Western and Chinese options. The staff are friendly.
The major problem here is that foul odors emanate from the sinks, likely due to problems with the plumbing. This is a very common problem in old buildings. During my stay, the room constantly had a faint, foul odor that I found somewhat noxious.
