Great place to have a family vacation
Food is super delicious, accurate served and you may have a variety of healthy food
Special thanks to spa: it offers different programs from regular spa to sport massage therapy which you may not have at hometown due to tough schedules but there you may have a full therapy program

What did you like about the property?
The hotel has a great location, good food, and a pleasant atmosphere. The staff were generally friendly, and I had a very relaxing stay. Overall, I really enjoyed my vacation and would recommend the hotel.
The biggest downside was the gym. It would be much better if the hotel installed air conditioning and updated the equipment. As someone who trains regularly, it was difficult to maintain my workout routine because the gym felt outdated and very hot.
Another issue was the check-in experience. After I arrived, I was simply given my room key and told where my room was. No one explained the hotel facilities, such as where the restaurants, pools, gym, or other services were located. As a result, I spent several days figuring everything out on my own. Later, I noticed that other guests were given a proper introduction to the hotel. It would be helpful if every guest received the same explanation during check-in.
