Séjour agréable

Accueil agréable, chambre propre. Emplacement de l' hôtel au calme.

Manquerait un distributeur de boissons chaudes. Douche sans rebord et sans rideaux l' eau mouille toute la salle de bain et pas de ventilation.

Correct mise à part le mauvais fonctionnement de l’eau chaude.

Le petit-déjeuné était correct, le personnel agréable.

L’absence d’eau chaude quand nous avons pris notre douche le matin.

Sleep uncountably in the car where it smells nice or sleep in a comfortable bed that smells like ass

It was clean

The room had a discussing smell of sweat. Horrible!

super-friendly staff, room very clean, bed was very comfortable

Actually, there is nothing to really complain about. Only problem we had was with the key card to our room - although we did not keep it anywhere close to our mobile phones, it lost its code and we could no longer access the room. This happened once during the daytime and the very friendly receptionist fixed the problem for us quickly. The other time this happened was past reception opening hours - we rang the emergency number on the info for the key card and the night gard came immediately to our rescue.

Advertised as with restaurant facilities....and open.. not at weekend apparently.. Reception ordered me a taxi ..the one he git charged me €25 for a 900 metre journey, and they quoted an Extra €30 on top of,another €25 for the return. I made alternative arrangements...

Great value for a family.

The staff was friendly, the cleaning lady even helped us carry the bags! The beds were very comfortable. The rooms were quiet. The room was safe for a baby to climb around. There is a car electricity charger by the front door.

The doors take ages to close. Key cards are funky.

The person at the reception desk was very helpful in giving me directions on two occasions.

The Wfi didn't work in my room. I could not recharge my phone or iPad with my adapter plugs in the sockets in the room. The disaster of no power in my phone caused great problems.

Very accommodating staff. after getting a room w double bed after making a reservation for two single bed, staff went the extra mile to sort us out and set up another room.

Avoid very poor standards and in need of an upgrade.

absolutely nothing the beds were hard the room was tiny and pokey it was in need of a very good clean there was no facilities in the bedroom other than Aircon and a telly that didn’t work by far it was the worst property I’ve ever stayed in.

I bought this because it had a restaurant on site when we got there we were told the restaurant wasn’t open so we couldn’t buy any evening meal we couldn’t have a drink and we had to actually drive into the town in order to get food. We felt that the property was a little bit like a hostel that people would bed down for a night it was definitely not worth the money and I would definitely not stay there again.

Superb

Heating/ Air conditioning worked perfectly, so easily able to adjust to get the right temperature to suit us. Room fitted out with everything you'd need, and very comfortable overall. Able to get drinks from Reception at imprecise hours. And breakfast very good.

Room a bit on the small side for 3 people. Very small 'window' for eating in the hotel in the evening. Were told between 7.30 - 9pm, and we unfortunately arrived at 9.15pm due to an unforeseen delay, and were told it was too late and were turned away. So we ended up driving 15 minutes across Montpellier in order to find a takeaway pizza place.

they offer 24h reception open but the guy of the reception was not very happy when I arrived at 22:30...:(. If you don't want to offer, don't promise...

No relationship between quality-price

The relationship between price and quality wasn't equivalent, too expensive and low services: no glass for washing your teeth, the tap was uncomfortable, too much water on the bathroom's floor (everything was wet because of the design of the shower), the soap dispenser was broken... When we arrived the room smells funny and not too clean. There wasn't fridge.

Good if you are travelling and you need to stop one night. Free parking.

The common areas were dirty. The breakfast was at buffet but it would be best avoided during this period, at least it would be advisable to put a person to watch over the customers, but there was no one.
