Exceptional

The hotel was right off the main strip in Tulum town and was easy to get in/out of the main area. There are many restaurants in the area and is easily accessible to the Tulum town area. The hotel was quiet which was great and the staff were very accomodating to our late arrival. The pool was such a great place to spend the hot afternoons. I would absolutely recommend this place to family/friends in the future and would stay again.

perfect place to spend with your family

I want to elevate the ratings of this hotel. we stayed in several hotels during our trip and this was the best one… it had everything, breakfast was nice, swimming was super nice, with a car you can easily access everything… nothing fancy, but all we wanted!

Disappointing

We did not like the breakfast, very simple, no variety or choice. Although the women making breakfast are nice, they cannot even cook a good omelette. Everything about the hotel is very simple, no water in the bedrooms, poor wifi connection, overpriced for what you get. The staff is nice but wouldn't stay here again.

WIFI is a must, better breakfast and more service.

Very nice little hotel

Clean, beautiful and, spacious room with a safe, fridge and balcony overlooking the pool. Tea and water for free 24h/7 at the common area next to the pool, where also the breakfast is served. Breakfast was good and included coffee/tea, fresh fruit, cereals, toast with yam, freaky made eggs of your choice (boiled, omelette, etc) and fresh pancakes. Car can be parked outside of the complex directly next to the building. The staff was always super friendly, helpful and professional. When we arrived in the next hotel we realized that we forgot something there and they arranged a DHL express delivery for us. Awesome service! Thank you, Juan Carlos, and your team for the great experience.

The only thing we did not like was that the fridge in the room made some sound. During the day no problem but during the night it can disturb the sleep. We didn't need the fridge so no issue for us.

would highly recommend!

Staff are excellent! The property and rooms were so clean and well kept.

we arrived late. A couple bottles of water in the room would have been nice instead of wandering streets we didn’t know in the dark in search of water.

Would absolutely stay again

The Hotel was beautiful. Staff really friendly and helpful. Amazing pool and wished we had more time to enjoy. Loved the area and close to great eating places and bars.

Spacious and comfortable room with a lovely swimming pool and garden

We had a room with a balcony, it was spacious, with a lovely bathroom and air con. Swimming pool and garden are really nice too. The walk to town is about 15 minutes so not too long. Overall we had a comfortable and relaxed stay.

Breakfast ends at 10 (bit early as most hotels we went to in Mexico end breakfast at 11). And same options every day which was a bit limited. Also when we arrived for check in it was later than we had anticipated so a security guard let us in, apparently reception leaves around 10pm. The guard didn’t give us much explanation or help which is understandable but was a bit confusing.

Superb

The hotel is cozy, not too big, with a beautiful swimming pool, quiet and modern. The room is very confortable, with a nice terrace, quiet, very clean. Breakfast is good, all I needed. Tea, coffe and watter are always available at the bar which is very nice. Location is very good, near to many restaurants and shops, very central. By car you reach the beach in a few minutes. I loved it.

Great!

It’s an oasis of silence and peace 5 minutes by walk from the main shopping street with a plenty of shops and restaurants and you reach the archeological site in about 15 minutes bz car. The stuff is very kind and speaks English fluently. We became a room with terrace in the ground floor, so we could literally jump out of our window right into the pool (24/7 opened).

Beautiful hotel and great value for money

Beautiful small, quiet hotel. Lovely pool that catches the late afternoon sun. Staff were really friendly and helpful and breakfast was great. Apartments are clean, comfortable and really well equipped. In a quieter end of town but you get so much more for your money in comparison with what else is on offer in Tulum Centro. Couldn't recommend this hotel enough.

Very nice facilities and rooms.

Excellent rooms overlooking the pool, very quite. Great AC. Very nice breakfast by the pool. If you are after Tulum nightlife then this is a little off the beaten track, but we wanted something quite so this was great

Very nice stay

Great location, good restaurants in walking distance, we really liked the garden and the pool, breakfast was continental, still very good and tasty.
