A good surprise in Tulum. The pool of the hotel is huge and it is nice to spend some time there specially when the beaches in Tulum are full of sargassum.
The staff of the hotel were very nice and the rooms (triple) was spacious.
Nothing to report in terms of potential improvements.

The outside area is fabulous, beatiful pool and garden. Very quiet and silent in the area.
A bit far from the centre, but we had a car and they had parking, so it was perfect.
Good value for money
The room furniture was a bit dated, as was the small kitchen. The bathroom was modern and well decorated though.
Not enough chairs outside.
The breakfast was very basic.

Styling of hotel is great, nice big rooms, comfortable beds, pool area good, nice simple breakfast (fresh cooked omelettes, good coffee). Staff were great.
Room linen needs a refresh (some will be put off by it which is a shame). Some wear and tear starting to show.

Good, quiet location, singing birds in the garden, covered space near the pool. Availability of a teapot and water in the swimming pool/common kitchen area. Polite and helpful personnel.
Mould is everywhere, especially on the curtain, which can be easily avoided by replacing the curtain. Variety of breakfast offers - eggs every day is not really appealing.
