The best hotel I have ever stayed in. This beats any fancy hotel in Australia. It was perfect location, the staff were incredible and it was clean and so, so comfortable. Couldn’t recommend this place more and I can’t wait to be back, to stay again!

We loved the elegant ambiance of the hotel. Wonderful breakfast and very friendly, smiling attentive staff. A very welcome Happy Hour and great Old Fashioneds! The porters who met us every day at the front of the hotel were excellent. We particularly want to congratulate and thank JASON for his amazing hospitality - he was willing and able to help whenever we needed. He is a great asset to your hotel!

The hotel is well-located, luxurious, elegant, and tastefully decorated. It's old, but its facilities are showing their age, which is something the management should improve.
It's spacious, photogenic and bustling all the time.
The staff in general, but especially the shift manager and the check-in receptionist. They lack friendliness and, above all, warmth; you can tell they’re tired, they seem unsure of themselves, and they don’t make you feel welcome at any point.
