The room was great even with the much talked about staircase to the loft bedroom. It was fine as you had hand rail on both sides of the stair case, (or more like a wide ladder with deeper treads). The bed was very comfortable and the loft felt so cosy. Sheets and towels good quality. Only negative is I felt a hand towel, face wash and soap for the basin should be automatically in the bathroom. You had to ask for them at reception. Not a hard thing but you had to go to reception to get them. Also leaving more toilet paper in the room a good ideal too, (not just 1 role). Again not a big probelm as you could get more from reception but something so easy problem to fix for a customer and eliminate this small hurdle. The Air con was great and work exceptionally well, (many don't in Asian). The room was compact but really good with every thing you needed. The bonus of a water filter tap in the kitchen great and on level 2 the facility to get chilled flat and sparkling water on tap great. Roof top dipping pool, just that a dipping pool. Location was great and easy access to public transport and other great restaurants. Over all a great place to stay for a couple of nights in Singapore if you're on a budget of need an over night hotel prior to a flight.

Very friendly, helpful staff! Conveniently located very close to a metro station. Attentive housekeeping services. Water pressure in the rainfall shower was exceptional.
The dipping pool was very warm without any shade. It would be much nicer as a cooler, refreshing pool with shade.

Its good place to stay for family. Complete with kitchen amenities and complementary laundry. The bathroom is big.
The stairs of the loft is too steep. Dangerous for kids and elderly. A bit dark because the lights are too high.

Location is close to multiple metro stations and bus stops. Staff are lovely
So many things in the room require maintenance. Also the smell of the restaurant downstairs will find its way into your room.
