utilitarian, with few perks to speak of

center town, next to Alt Stadt (old town), central shopping plaza and S & U-banner (subways around the corner). Many restaurants, bakeries, cafes + McDonald’s across the streets.

over restaurants (typical of Europe all over) so some late night noise especially in summer when windows are open (typical older properties don’t have AC, just heat). Corner ally amplified the noise (not often)

strong smell of damp in bathroom

Cute little hotel right off the train line and in the center of the city. 24 hour front desk was really convenient

The room was a bit loud (faced an alley) but aside from that the stay was good!

very untidy hotel

well located hotel in the middle of the old town in Frankfurt , Momo and Marius been of a big help for my stay thank you guys ! Room was good , space and clean , it has a small fridge and a kettle , good shower and bathroom . I would stay again at this place if I have the opportunity again .

The guests beside my stay been to loud , Momo took care of it , and it was again ok to sleep at night .

Just around the corner from large central plaza that had food trucks and farmers markets events along with other Wes, subway stop was underground there and also all stores were on the bottom floors are both all of the buildings including some larger multiflora shopping centers. Lots of park benches in smaller than use so there’s plenty to do or just watch

Entry on side alley (ok) but some rooms like ours face that alley. on warm days, very hard to sleep with windows (Europe’s long running environmentally‘cooling’ fan. Late night ally cats (people), motorcycles, trucks, booming car audio)

everything is working, very nice location

the facilities are old, the carpet is not very clean

This is a good choice for a short stay overnight.

Rooms are very small and the elevator is very slow.

The bathroom was vey good

There were so loud machines outside the window ,so that i couldn't sleep !!

Great location in the heart of the shopping area (Zeil). 50m from the metro station. Good price

- No maintenance at all for all facilities, elevator, shower…etc - window blinds are half hanging - stains on the floor carpets of the room and hallways

The best point was the kidness and generosity of the recepcionist. They were really kind to me, helping me with the necessary things to make my trip much more comfortable

There were not blinds as in many other north european hotels.

I liked the location the room was very warm during the cold weather

The stuff didn't know properly English and the lady wasnt helpful. The man stuff was ok We have booked business room and they gave us comfort The curtains in the room were falllen in some places and they seemed dirty We have arranged to check out at 15.00-16.00 and when the time arrived they told us to leave at 12 , and the guy that talked with us didn't know what was the right time. And why is his fault affecting us ?
