2 bed family rooms were a decent size. Very clean, all amenities available. Food was good. Gym was a decent size.
Location, not close to anything bar a few shops.
Turkish À la carte was not good. No air con, sun streaming in your face, small portions - we left and went to the buffet.

The location is perfect and i had pretty much everything i needed.
I ESPECIALLY liked the people working there in restaurant service and the cleaning people. They are super nice and helpful i really hope they are well taken care of and paid decently. Special shout out to the lady working at restaurant who’s always smiling
A little too crowded and at first they gave me a room next to the AC system was super noisy but they changed it later for me.
I also didn’t like the fact that there are not much options in the bar for people who don’t drink alcohol . No fresh juices or fun healthier drinks

Its my second time in Sherwood dreams and I loved it before and still love it.. staff are really friendly and super helpful.. food variety and quality is really good.. one of the best in its category
Despite that almost everything was great I had the below disappointments which really can be fixed if a regular maintenance was conducted
1. There was some dirt coming out of the jacuzzi when you switch it on. Once I informed the reception they immediately offered to switch room. Which was a good gesture from them. Yet when I went to the other room, I asked them to try the jacuzzi before moving and the same problem was there.. so they sent someone to fix it in my room, and unfortunately it still have the same problem definitely need proper maintenance.
2. There was some maintenance out of the room and they left a lot of dirt outside. I have informed the front desk yet it was not cleaned out. Dust and cable cuts were all over the carpet at the entrance of the room.
3. Too many children playing in the lobby area and the bars and they were too loud..
