The hotel was cozy and pleasant; the extensive use of wood in both the exterior and interior gave it a unique, distinctive feel. Smoked salmon was served at breakfast, making for a richer meal, and the staff were all friendly. It is conveniently located near an S-Bahn station, offering excellent access to public transportation. Furthermore, situated right in the heart of a large-scale sports complex, it is the ideal hotel for guests like me who has traveled from afar to enjoy sports within the facility.
I wanted to have beer in the evening. Perhaps because there weren't many guests during my visit, it was a bit sad that there wasn't a bar serving draft beer in the evening. It’s not essential, though, so it wasn't a major issue.

Die Mitarbeiter/innen sind immer sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Bett wie erwartet mit einer mittelharten bis harten Matratze, ich habe gut geschlafen.

A good bathroom with walk in shower!!
I was unfortunate to use this accommodation during COVID-19, so many facilities were not available, however, when checking in, I was asked if I would have breakfast the next morning. I said yes, however, because my job for which I came for started a lot earlier than expected, I could not have breakfast. When checking out, they said just bad luck, you still have to pay for the unused breakfast... so sad...
No parking available at the hotel. You may use a parking garage close by. Tip for future users: when leaving the garage, you come to an open parking area. Go around the area and use the right, not left, departure gate to leave. Very important!!!
