The high floor has nice views. The bathroom has two sinks and a bathtub. The desk is convenient, and the coffee machine is the same as mine at home.
Check-in time is over 30 minutes. There was no long line. The staff couldn't find my booking at first. A friend came for a while, and the front desk called me later to see if he also stayed. It's a shame they needed to warn me about a friend's visit and it was day time.

Location and friendly staff . Especially Marina at the front desk was super helpful and really went out of her way to accommodate deliveries which I was expecting . Not only did she do this but also ended becoming my main point of contact because she spoke such good english and was amazing through . Thank you also to all the staff team who were v helpful.

Everything is so nice, except the bed. Unfortunately, bed is so important.
The staff is amazing and I like all facilities except the bed.
All bed mattresses are over 10 years old. So they are worn down and lack of support.
Staff helped me changed rooms, turned mattress upside down. But still I have back ache as the result. I didn’t have one night of good sleep during my 10 days here.
