a) The food was amazing, no complaints at all. 10/10 and equally so was the staff in that area. Just amazing.
b) Swimming pool and cleanliness was up to the mark.
c) I like the property from the outside, the garden was well maintained and I enjoyed the stroll.
a) I could not sleep peacefully for any of the days. The last day was the worst and I am absolutely furious about it. It all went till midnight .The music was very loud and I had no interest in it and had come for a relaxing vacation. While I understand that individual tastes can be different and others may prefer music ( fair enough !), usually the Hotel balconies sliding door have a sound proof glass. Here in spite of me closing it, it was just unbearable.
The music could have been localized.
b) To add to that , the Air con was poor and one could feel it only when you were close to it. This just ruined my sleep.
c) You cannot change the building for me . It is how it was constructed , I always was confused on taking the stairs to the Main restaurant. It took me the third day to get used to it. There can be certainly more direction signs added in key places.
d) The soap ( Conditioner, shampoo and body wash looked substandard to me and almost look the same).
e) My room was dated, It had laminate flooring that had cuffs , chip marks all over. The platform edge that takes you to the lower portion of the room was even half broken. The sliding door to the balcony was not the smoothest to open.
f) Hotels usually over the world I see either facilitate or just provide info / pamphlets on local tours available ( To be paid additionally by the guest of course ).
It is just useful for the guest and easy for them to figure out things.
