Phantastisch!

Filip ist ein toller Gastgeber. Es passt alles. Die zentral gelegene ruhige, liebevoll eingerichtete und sehr sehr saubere Wohnung, ein phantastisches Frühstück, was ganz auf unsere Bedürfnisse zugeschnitten wurde (sogar selbstgemachte Marmelade von Filips Mama) begleitet von unserer Lieblingsmusik und viele tolle Tipps vom herzlichen Filip. Was will man mehr! Und unsere Fahrräder konnten wir sicher in Filips Garage unterstellen.

Nice apartment, excellent hospitality and short walk to old town.

Filip is an excellent host and the apartment was modern, well-equipped and very clean. It is an easy 10 minute walk to the old town and train station. Filip was extremely helpful with suggestions for sight seeing and restaurants.

Pleasant stay in a great part of town

- The hotel is located in a very nice and convenient part of town - There's a nice bar for breakfast & drinks. I must admit we only had breakfast there once, but it was good - Speaking of bars, there's also a nice bar on the corner - The staff was really helpful and brought us a fan when the weather became hot - It's a short walk to the river side of Lyons which is full of bars and restaurants - It's also a short walk from the train station

- We had a lovely room in the attic, but we had to be really careful not to bang our heads - the ceiling was too low.

Exceptional

I loved it. Filips communication was excellent and he provided me with many great tips. The breakfast was very good and it was nice to speak with someone so passionate about his city. The room was really clean and had its own private balcony.

Great apartment

Filip was a great host and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was really great and quaint with lots of nice touches.

The walk from the apartment to the old town of Montpellier was a bit far especially with all the road works taking place. The building the apartment is in wasn't the most appealing.

Go for the city life, have a quiet recovery and get a feeling of welcome.

Almost in the center of the city (ten minutes by foot to the Place de la Comédie) but far away from its noisy life in a very quiet neighbourhood. The host is extremely attentive and provides valuable suggestions for restaurants, places to visit and deas for excursions in the surrounding area.

I can't say anything except maybe a little bit overwhelmed by the host's attempt to demand some structure from us more or less disorganised tourists :-)

Lovely apartment & visit

This beautiful apartment is in a quiet area & a short walk into the city centre. Our host, Filip, was great. He helped us to get the most out of our visit, offering links to local tourist attractions & restaurants. The apartment is very comfortable with a nice bed & and a great shower. In warmer weather you can sit on the nice terrace & relax with a drink after a busy day sightseeing.

A good experience. We appreciated the care and attention shown by Filip.

Communication from the proprietor, Filip, was excellent. Very precise directions to the location as well as helpful tips to get around Montpellier. Breakfast was very welcoming every morning on the balcony. Housekeeping was excellent and the room including a large walk in shower was very clean. Our room had a balcony which allowed us to enjoy the weather and a glass of wine. Very convenient to a couple of supermarkets. Location is in a residential area; however, it is only a 10+ walk for the nearest tram station which is a very convenient way to get around Montpellier as well as close proximity to the main train station. Accommodation is not like in a traditional hotel rather you have a separate room off a shared common area. This was not a issue and the room was quiet and secure.

i'd heartily recommend a stay here

Filip is a very diligent host and has everything running very efficiently. He gave really helpful instructions on getting to the flat via public transport. Breakfast on the balcony was nice and the room was very clean, with a good en-suite bathroom. The flat is a 15 minute walk from the old centre but the walk is fairly pleasant. I would recommend a stay here and would certainly be happy to stay here again

Philip is the perfect host not only in terms of the accommodation but in that he goes the extra mile to give you all the

súper location very clean and comfortable everything you need supplied. parking near by and no extra cost which is a real bonus in a large city.

Great place to stay in Montpellier

Superb breakfast with homemade jams and artisanal honey. Host was incredibly attentive and communicative from the start, with plenty of suggestions for sightseeing and restaurants/cafés. Room was clean, tidy and welcoming. Thank you for the hospitality.

Host asked a few questions prior to arrival that seemed irrelevant at the time. We later learned that he used that input to personalize our stay and make more "homey" (thank you). A suggestion to the host would be to include the purpose for those questions in future emails. Without that context it is impossible to understand why they would be relevant.

Fantastic in every way!

Filip went out of his way to accommodate us. When our plans changed he quickly accommodated us with an earlier arrival. He also provided us with a safe and secure place to keep our bicycles. His communication was excellent. He messaged us information on places to go, including restaurants, and things to see. The apartment was immaculate.

Nothing. Make note how we that this is a shared stay; there may be others staying in the apartment, sharing common spaces. However, every COVID protocol was followed.

Every detail perfect !

Everything about this well- equipped studio apartment was just perfect - from the comfort and decor to the location (a few easily blocks from the Place de la Comédie. The host was extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious.

Nothing - it was a very positive experience. I would definitely stay again.

Perfect cozy apartment 10 minutes walk to the city center. Filip is a really attentive person, helping us on the arrival with all the apartment and city information and instructions. Would definitely recommend this apartment! super confortable bed and a cool terrace.

Superb

Our studio apartment was equipped with everything we needed. The decor was stylish. We had our own private entrance & balcony but joined Filip in his apartment for a lovely breakfast with other guests which made for a nice social start to the day. Filip was a wonderful host who told us anything we needed to know about the city. We would certainly return if we are visiting Montpelier again.

Breakfast was average bread jams yogurts Although Felipe went out of his way to get us English tea

Unfortunately Felipe could not meet us as he was visiting a friend in hospital which was quite stressful trying to sort out and find keys and where to park. We got there in the end

Philip was really doing everything for us to feel home and welcomed. He told us where to go, and we discovered places we didn't know. The place is really really clean, as in an hotel and we appreciated it. We'll go back, no doubt

Great room, close to place comédy with the best host.

Amazing host that took care of everything: helping you park the car, carry luggage, provide a great breakfast with background music based on your preferences and very good tips on what to do, where to go and where to eat. Room and bathroom were spot clean and the bed was great. One of the best hosts we ever had.

Small note on parking your car at the premise: Although parking near the apartment is great and cost-effective, it's quite a procedure to get in and out of the garage.

Very close to the centre, and quiet, so ideal to enjoy everything Montpellier has to offer.

The amount of space, compared to a hotel room. The shower room was large and modern. Private and very secure. Large terrace to sit out.

The bed was a little short. The sofa was a sofa bed, so not so comfortable. No oven.

Beautiful Place!

We spend some days at this beautiful studio and we really loved it. It’s perfect for a a couple and very cozy. The balcony is also a huge bonus especially in the summer. Its within walking distance from the city center. The owner was very responsive and provided many helpful tips for visiting the city. We would definitely come back and can highly recommend this place :)

Filip is very keen to make you feel at home in his place. He made available for us plenty of information so that we can make the most of our stay in his place. The kitchen of the flat is well equipped. The terase is large and inviting. The AC is a life saver for hot summer nights. Thank you, Filip, for your hospitality.
