The property was ideal! The hostess provided wine, flowers, and snacks that were waiting for us upon arrival. We appreciated the hot tub, jacuzzi and fireplace as well as the two small porches. Although the casita was next to the owner’s home, we still had all the privacy we needed! It was an adorable property at a good location that I would highly recommend. It was obvious to us that the hostess cares about her guests.

This property was a great location to do the hike's we wanted to do and to see a lot of Sedona. It also is a very close and walkable to Whole Foods which was great. The place is a one room so no privacy except for bathroom which does have a curtain and it open to main room. it was quite adequate for our needs and the outside is beautiful although we could not take advantage of it due to below average temps. It was very comfortably decorated and supplied with adequate food prep/kitchen items. The downside is that there are a few differred items of maintenance upkeeep that should be done. Two large windows are fogged up and should be replaced, kitchen disposle does not work and drain would clog a lot, electrical plug in bathroom needs to be moved to more secure location so heating cord to movable heater in bathroom doesn't have to go under rug and should be away from bathtup/spa tub in bathroom. The heating system is a little tricky as it's one unit close to the ceiling and heats unevenly throughout. Not much to be done here we just had to turn it up to 74-76 to keep an even temp throughout the room and then turn it down at night. The bathroom heater will not keep bathroom real warm if it is real cold. We enjoyed out stay but we feel this property could be updated to a higher standard based upon the above.

This place is absolutely amazing! There is no doubt that a lot of care goes into making experience superb. Hot tub was so much fun. Bed comfortable. She even had wine and food set out for us upon our arrival. We are very picky and this was beyond our expectations. Excellent location as well!

This is a vey nice property and Divya is a wonderful hostess. The location is very nice, just off the main road 89A, but still feels somewhat secluded due to its setting in a nice residential neighborhood. The property is very nicely decorated and landscaped, and Divya really makes you feel welcome; she had a goodie basket and fresh-cut flowers on the table when we arrived, and is available and responsive for any questions or to provide local insight to the area. We had a wonderful time!

I can't say enough how much we enjoyed staying at Studio Casita. The host was wonderful and made extra efforts to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hot tub was just what I needed after a long day of hiking the many trails throughout various areas in Red Rock. The location is right in the middle of everything and while really close it has a nice private setting off the main road that gives you a feeling like you're in some nice resort with outdoor fireplace and nice patio deck with view of the garden areas. Divya's place will definitely be on the top of my list of places to stay when we return to Sedona

Cleanest home rental we have ever had. Comfortable bed with fantastic down pillows. The soaking tub was wonderful - love that the jets are Air-powered, not recycled water - very clean. We slept sound every night, no traffic noise, despite being within walking distances of store and restaurants. Outdoor fire area is first class - wood is provided and it's an easy start up with Natural Gas pipe in fire area - perfect! It was remarkable how clean everything was - and No scents. Some places cover up smells with fancy scents - this place was simply spotlessly clean! The location for getting out of town and to trails was Perfect - on the correct side of town to avoid the congested traffic. If you do go to the congested area to shop, you are traveling in the opposite direction of traffic as you return to rest for the day - very nice! We have already recommended this home to some friends and would return here ourselves.
