The property is well maintained and clean. Communication with staff is excellent. I had a personal issue with my phone service and they were ready to help.

Great central location, and a comfortable well equipped apartment. Breakfast in the cafe downstairs was included and was excellent as were all the staff. When we had a couple of early starts they prepared takeaway food for us especially. Loved our stay.
I wouldn’t say we didn’t like it, but there are lots steps to the top apartment which might not suit some people. It was fine for us.

The room itself was great but the kindness and welcome we received not only from Baltasar and Catarina but from all the team was the best. They wanted to treat us as their guests and made our 5 nights in Porto very special. Could not recommend their hospitality any higher
