Zimmer zu klein. Keine Tür für die Bad/Toiletten Lage nicht gut - kein MRT in der Nähe Frühstück - warmes essen verkocht und nicht sauber

We had a lovely stay and the breakfast was excellent.

It was clean and the rooms were easy to access.

The rooms were a little tight but still comfortable. There was little space for our luggage in a twin room.

Should be case by case when customer is facing special requests

Everything is great.

Except for the refund issue. As we paid for 3 nights of staying. Due to family urgent issues,On next day eary morning we have to checked out and fly back to home town, But the reception unable to refund the unused two nights cost or reservice for future using. Just ask me looking booking.com even i said to them which i paid in the hotel.The answer is asking looking booking.com...

Our stay at Holiday Inn Katong was memorable!

In terms of location, the nearest MRT station is around 30 minutes away, but the nearest bus stop is just a 5-min walk from the hotel. So, while browsing through Google Maps, I initially thought that the hotel would be generally inaccessible. But when we actually arrived at the hotel, I got to appreciate the bus system a lot because it was equally as convenient as the MRT. (We went to Singapore to watch the Eras Tour in March 2024. While people were lining up for the MRT after the concert, I crossed the bridge from the stadium to the bus station, and I was back in the hotel less than an hour after the concert ended.) As for the breakfast, I LOVED the fact that they served chicken rice at the buffet! Our days in Singapore were jam-packed, so we didn't get to eat at hawker centers, so I was extremely happy that they had chicken rice at the breakfast buffet. Another thing, the hotel was pretty full due to the Taylor Swift concerts that week, but there was always seating space available at the breakfast area, so it wasn't a hassle. I appreciated that! The room size was also perfect! There were outlets/charging areas around the room, so it was very convenient. The iJooz machine in the lobby was likewise heaven-sent. We probably used it twice a day, before leaving the hotel, and when we got home after a whole day of walking.

Bon hotel pour un séjour à un prix raisonnable pour Singapour

Hotel bien situé à 20' de l'aéroport et proche du centre ville dans le quartier de Katong très animé. Personnel très agréable. Chambre petite mais actuelle et confortable. Buffet du petit-déjeuner très complet.

Pěkné a čisté ubytování, s krásným výhledem a fajn personálem

Měli jsme pokoj ve vyšším patře, tedy krásný výhled. Nádherný design pokoje s prosklenou sprchu do pokoje. Veškeré vybavení (pasta, kartáček, hřeben..) k dispozici. Pokoj byl menší, ale to vůbec nevadí. Celý pobyt nám propršelo, na recepci měli k dispozici deštníky, které nás doslova zachránili. Moc milý personál, který poradil. Obrovský výběr na snídani. V okolí dost supermarketů i restaurací. MHD hned za rohem (na z/na letiště), tak do/z města.

Ve frekventovaných čase plno na snídani, že si nebylo moc kde sednout.

Staff are exceptional here and the hotel is extremely well run and very clean!

The hotel was super clean and breakfast was amazing! Special shout out to the worker who was washing the windows at the front when I arrived. I wasn’t feeling well and was upset and he helped me to the lift with all my luggage. Ragu was also extremely helpful as he helped me up to my room with all my bags.

Bom local para ficar em Singapura

Da localização, do café da manhã e da presteza no atendimento pelo staff. No quarto ofereciam amenidades, como água, café, chá, escova e pasta de dente. Do silêncio em relação aos barulhos externos (a insonorização externa era muito boa).

Do isolamento da porta do quarto, pois se ouvia tudo que se passava nos corredores e no hall dos elevadores. A cama podia ser melhor, um pouco maior e mais firme.

Spectacular - would definitely book again!

Overall a lovely place to stay at; breakfast was fantastic, area was nice and while experience was a delight! Perfect place for a solo traveller as myself, as I liked being able to roam around the neighbourhood. Also liked how many shopping centres there were, as well as convenient public transport.

The room was nice and as expected. However the small face towels weren’t replaced after the first day and the room cleaning service was a tad inconsistent.

Kein besonderes Hotel. Einfach und für einen Kurztrip ausreichend.

Zwei Einzelbetten im Doppelzimmer trotz anders lautender Buchung. Keine Bereitschaft und Möglichkeit zum Zimmerwechsel. Verhältnismäßig schlechte bzw. zeitraubende ÖPNV Anbindung ins Stadtzentrum. Überteuerte Getränkepreise im Hotel

The Breakfast leaves much to be desired. We found it very very monotonous. The same menu without any changes leaves much to be desired. Especially for the Indian Vegetarian guests you have almost NIL choice

Probably one of the best hotel of its kind in SG.

The hotel is new and extremely well maintained. The spaces are very intelligently arranged both in the rooms and in the common areas. The buffet breakfast is quite remarkable both for the quality of the ingredients and the organization of the service. The staff is well trained, efficient, courteous and willing to best meet customer expectations.

The only inconvenient is the absence of a MRT station close by. The customers need to rely on taxis, Grab or public buses. However, there are several options for food and shopping in the vicinity which dispense to go downtown always.

Breakfast was about average, or slightly below as Holiday Inn breakfasts go. Coffee machine with multiple options was a nice idea. Overall, okay, even when busy. Location: Felt like I was visiting a Holiday Inn outside Chicago.

The eggs were forgettable. Main negative was a restaurant worker who pestered my wife to give a good review for the place on some website. Actually angered me. Very pushy.
