About this apartment rental
From March 1st - October 31st -- each guest family booking our unit will receive TOTALLY FREE !!! -- daily beach chair service and FREE daily use (one hour free) of their choice of watercraft. Watercraft choices are as follows: Paddle Board or Kayak (can be a different choice each day but is limited to one choice for one hour per day for entire guest group not for each individual guest member). These FREE services can save a guest family (staying one week during the SUMMER season) over $400 when utilizing both services daily. Our third floor 1 Bed/1.5 Bath unit - SeaDuced - is the HIGHEST RATED VRBO VACATION RENTAL OF ANY VACATION RENTAL FOUND ANYWHERE ON NAVARRE BEACH AND DIRECTLY ON (AND FACING) THE GULF OF MEXICO !!! Comfortably sleeps six adults and for the convenience of all guests the front door has an electronic keypad which allows our guests the freedom of going directly to the unit upon arrival eliminating the need to "check in" or ever need a key. Professionally furnished and tastefully decorated our unit has a fully stocked kitchen including two coffee makers ("Mr. Coffee" style and "Keurig" style). In the great room is a large 55" HDTV with cable TV and free high speed internet throughout the unit. The bedroom is furnished with a king -size bed and a wall mounted TV/DVD combo. Included in the unit are two full size bunk beds (6'2" long) and a pull out sleeper sofa with the patented COZY MATTRESS SYSTEM featuring a 8" thick Queen size mattress for the most comfort possible. Our balcony is equipped with a counter height "bistro" table and chair set for your early morning viewing of dolphins frolicking in the Gulf while you enjoy breakfast or a romantic sunset dinner. In addition to the "bistro" table and chair set you will find two additional counter height chairs (and small table) for stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico (binoculars provided) with its turquoise-blue ocean waters and sugar white shoreline dotted with golden brown sea oats. The Inn at Summerwind provides a peaceful and serene setting directly on the Gulf of Mexico and is situated next to the longest fishing pier on the Gulf Coast (over quarter mile long and thirty feet above the water). For extra peace of mind our unit is professionally managed (24/7) by Navarre Properties (an on site vacation rental office) located just two floors below our unit, in the lobby of The Inn at Summerwind building. As relaxing as you will find Summerwind you are still just a short drive to many of the top tourist attractions in Destin, Ft. Walton and Pensacola. We had a wonderful week in Navarre beach and were so happy with choosing this condo at Summermind. The condo was super clean and well equipped including washer/dryer. We loved spending time on the balcony listening to the waves and walking the beach every day. Walking distance to a couple of restaurants . Communication with the owner was great and he even left us a welcome package including coupons a recommendations for local restaurants which was nice touch . Check in and check out process was smooth. We would love to book this unit again next year.

The condo is in Summerwind & very nice. Third floor which is very handy. The kitchen is equipped very well. Bed comfy.
The only thing I’d recommend is changing out the furniture in the living room. It’s not very comfortable.
I was very impressed the owner messaged me himself.
Also the neighbors to the left are so nice & friendly.

This is our second stay with Randy and his wife, and our third at Navarre Beach. We can’t say enough good things!! This place is wonderful. We even accidentally inverted our area code and Randy took care of fixing that for us. The condo is great. Very clean and comfy! New countertops since our last stay so The owners are always updating. So peaceful and relaxing here!! 110 percent happy with our stay.

What a lovely location and property. All pictures were accurate. The view of the beach was spectacular. My only wish was that it was on a higher floor, as the daytime noise from the swimming pool was sometimes too much to sit on the porch.
Overall, it’s a great place to stay, and I’d come back again

We were very satisfied with the property cleanliness and security, as well as the location. While there, there was a major water leak on an upper floor that ran down through the ceiling of our unit. I called the after hrs property number and was told we would hear back shortly. We waited in our condo the entire rest of the evening waiting on something to happen and didn't hear anything until the next afternoon. It was not major but we weren't sure what to do so we felt a little frustrated with little communication on what we were to do. Fortunately it was at the end of our trip and the unit owner made it right with us. We were glad the damage wasn't as bad as we thought it was.

This was our first stay at Navarre Beach and our place at 303 at the Inn at Summerwind was awesome!!!! Our place was immaculate and well stocked with everything we needed. Our host, Randy, was wonderful to work with and answered all our questions and concerns quickly. The bonus of beach chairs and a table daily was a perk. Navarre truly is a laid back, beautiful place and we definitely plan to come back!!!!!

This was the best condo we have ever stayed in! Randy was great with communication and even gave suggestions for things to do and where to eat. The pier was within walking distance and great for evening walks. I highly recommend!

Loved everything about this property and location. Property looked exactly like pictures. It was our first visit to Navarre beach and fell in love with the place. There was an issue with a water leak that required a plumber, but property owner effectively communicated with us to coordinate the service call. If you are looking for a great place to stay I would recommend this property.

My friend Sue and I couldn't have chosen a better place! We loved being able to watch the pier from the balcony. The owners were more than accommodating and easily accessible. The owners have a spectacular cleaning crew because the condo was spotless! We definitely would return because we've been Sea÷duced!

We had a great stay. The host was a superstar and communication was excellent and timely. We couldn't have asked for more. The property was exactly as advertised and would stay here again next time we travel to Navarre Beach. The host went above and beyond expectations and even provided a welcome packet with great info and coupons. The kitchen was great and the views were spectacular.

Seaduced was the perfect place for our family’s first visit to the Emerald Coast. The property was beautifully furnished and ideal for our family of 4. Randy was extremely accommodating and a responded quickly during all communication. The location can’t be beat for access to the beach, pier, and restaurants alike.
Parking was easy and safe. Unpacking and getting luggage to the room was a breeze with the available carts and elevators being so close by.
We’ll definitely look into renting the property again next time our travels bring us to the area!

This property was perfect! It was spacious, with 2 bathrooms (good for a family of 4) and a washer and dryer that was definitely used over the week. The kitchen is fully stocked. The views were just incredible. We loved sitting out on the balcony drinking our morning coffee and seeing dolphins and listening to the waves.
The beach service was great - we got 2 chairs and an umbrella set up for us daily. The owner was fabulous and even had boogie boards that the kids could use! He left us the sweetest welcome letter along with dinner coupons and recommendations. He was very responsive to messages.
We loved this property so much and would love to return one day!

This was a perfect weekend getaway! The condo was so clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. The owner was great at communicating beforehand. Navarre is absolutely beautiful and I loved the calm/quiet that we don’t get in Destin. We enjoyed the hot tub especially with the cold front that came through. We will be back!!

Condo was as pictured and one of the best stocked as far as small appliances, dishes, etc. Excellent customer service—they even left us coupons for ice cream since we were there to celebrate my birthday. It’s the little personalized touches that make you feel welcomed! The check-in process was super simple as well. Would definitely stay again when we’re in the area!

We had a wonderful vacation. The area was terrific. Our rental Condo was perfect. The owner was in contact several times to check to make sure we were doing alright. Told him things couldn't be better. The only complaint we had, and this was outside of the control of the property owner was people smoking on their balconies and the smoke drifting onto ours. This was not enough to stop us from planning our next trip to the area. Would definitely use the same unit if its available.

Everything about our stay was great! Very nice space. Everything was clean and quiet. View was awesome and the chair/umbrella service was very much appreciated.
We arrived late in the evening, and the door code was communicated to us well in advance.

Great place for a long weekend. Super convenient; not only the location right off the bridge but to the beach. Quick elevator ride down and short walk across the walkway and you are on the beach. The included chair service was great. It was a busy weekend (for October) but still relatively quiet and calm. The condo had everything you could need, including boogie boards that my 5 year old absolutely loved. She was also a huge fan of the bunk beds, which I laid on and they were insanely comfortable!
Check in was effortless and no long list of chores at checkout!
Only drawback was the TV is on its last leg so watching the ballgames were a bit rough with the color distortion.

We rented this unit as a gift for my parents’ wedding anniversary. The hosts made the stay feel so special for them and they would absolutely stay here again. The place was well decorated, clean, and the view unbeatable. The hosts were easy to get ahold of, but everything was so well organised and thought out they had no issues. Great place!

This place was paradise! Beautiful views, beautifully decorated, gracious and kind hosts! It was just the two of us but could have comfortably accommodated a family of 6. Close to everything!
