Beautiful, romantic and quaint, located in the heart of charming Historic downtown Ozark. It offers a glimpse of what Mayberry might look like today. The loft is surrounded by numerous interesting boutiques and is located above the Market House Cafe and Bake Shop. Cafe which is currently closed. PLEASE NOTE: THE CHECK IN INFO WILL BE SENT TO YOU THE DAY OF CHECK IN, TO YOUR VRBO ACCOUNT. THIS IS TO MAKE SURE NO ONE ELSE HAS DOOR CODES WHILE YOU ARE STAYING THERE. A bustling area by day, but quite and sleepy by night. Built in the late 1800s, the building was extensively remodeled from 2012 to 2014, keeping the old time charm , but enhancing comfort and beauty. A comfy queen size bed, fully equiped kitchen, modern shower, surrounded by the natural brick walls. Very large screen tv, DVD player and Net flix is available, along with wifi. The wifi code is listed in the loft booklet. Our city park is located on the banks of the Finley River, which is where a boat can be put in. There are lots of great rivers in the area, although they are typically slow moving, boat rentals are available. Ozark is the County seat for Christian County. It has seen emense growth in the last 10 years. Located in the Ozark Mountains, The Mark Twain National Forest backs up to Ozark and surrounds the area. Great local hiking is at the Busick state park just 8 miles south of Ozark. Beautiful wild flowers and creeks a great place for mushroom hunting and observing wildlife it's a relaxing getaway. Ozark is 20 Miles north of Branson, and just 6 miles south of Springfield, Appx. 70 miles from Eureka Springs , Ark. We look forward to welcoming you, and thank you for booking your stay with us.

Us two busy working parents needed a single night getaway within a reasonable driving distance from home that offered dining and shopping experiences.
This was the first place we found and met all our requirements plus it was cute and creative. We are outside the box people, and this was an affordable and unique choice. Thanks, Barbara for being such a great host. We are definitely telling our friends about this one.

My wife and I have stayed in both the front and back lofts and love them both. They are both lovely and located perfectly and are like being home while away from home. If you get the opportunity spend a day or two and find out for yourself. We will be back in February 2024.

Barbara was a wonderful host! I enjoyed all the detail she added to her building and the loft- it was so beautiful and cozy. My favorite was being able to overlook the square with the gorgeous front windows and drink my coffee in the morning. She provided extra toiletries and also plenty of travel and activities material for the area as well. I travel to Ozark often and will definitely be staying again!

This was our first time staying at a VRBO and it was a wonderful experience. The beautiful location on the historic square was already decorated for Christmas and the Loft was cozy and welcoming. The Charming Loft became our home for five days in Ozark. Thank you to the owner for the perfect place to celebrate Thanksgiving.

Great little studio right on the main square - close to a coffee shop, breakfast place and an excellent Mexican restaurant - plus walking distance to Finley Farm. Well stocked kitchen if you chose to eat in. Very responsive owner.

My wife and I had a wonderful anniversary weekend. The loft was perfect for our trip. Super cute, quaint and romantic. The loft was located a perfect distance to Finley Farms which was the purpose of our trip. Great communication with the host throughout the process. Can't wait to return.

Although we were there for just one night, it was very comfy. When we first pulled up my husband was not to sure, but once we entered into the loft, he was amazed , and said baby you did amazing getting us a place to stay. Wish there would have been some coffee available, but that was ok we just went and got some. Wonderful place, very guite.

Everything was great except we did have noisy neighbors one day/evening. We also would have liked the shower and bathroom vanity to be bigger, a light over the vanity and fan either over the bed or freestanding.
The loft was very nice and clean. Even with our suggestions we would stay again!

The loft is spacious, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. I was traveling with my daughter and she slept on the sofa (not a sofa bed) - we found sheets in the closet, and since there were lots of pillows on the bed, she used one. I took the lovely, comfortable bed. The kitchen is beautiful and well equipped. We were in Ozark as a base to visit Mansfield and go to Laura Ingalls Wilder’s house, which was worth it. We enjoyed our visit to Ozark and loved staying at the Loft! Barbara was easy to reach. She even recommended a must see in the Eureka Springs,AR, area where we were visiting when I called. Highly recommend!

The apartment was great! It was really spacious and well appointed for an overnight trip (we were in town for a wedding). The bed was pretty comfortable with lots of pillows and the ac ran like a top! Kept us cool all night and didnt even need a fan or noise machine. I slept great! We were able to check in early since no one was staying the night before, which was super convenient. The owner/host is great and easy to communicate with. We highly recomment this apartment!

Everything was fine except shower was extremely small and cleanliness was 4 out of 5. My brother took the bed and I slept on the couch. No complaints from the couch but my brother complained about the uncomfortable
bed. Spent 20 minutes cleaning the coffee maker which is largely do to lazy people not doing their part. Overall we would definitely stay there again!!!!!!!

I was very pleased to find this property to look exactly like what is listed in the pictures. The downtown location is very charming and has a small town vibe that is very welcoming. The booking, check-in/out process and communication was all very efficient and easy to use. I'm glad I picked this site over a hotel in the area. I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for a wedding in November and it was absolutely perfect. The Ozark square gives you access to food, coffee, and shopping while still being quaint, quiet and personal. If you happen to need a perfect Christmas parade spot, this is it!
The studio itself is adorable, clean and has everything you could possibly need, but the owner is very helpful if there’s anything awry.
We have stayed a LOT of places all over the country and this was definitely one of our favorites. Granted, it’s just Ozark, Missouri.. but you couldn’t do Ozark, Missouri any better.
