Welcoming and warm family owners. Very clean.
Hot water ran out after a few minutes and the hotel is about halfway from major hubs in Ha Long. The beach was full of garbage which isn’t the hotel owners’ fault but good to know

- very good service and polite host (she helped us to arrange the boots tour and a transfer to Hanoi)

Friendly staff . Room was comfy .
It was at least a 10 minute walk to arrive at bars and restaurants .
It says beach front it isn't, its 300 metres back from the beach .
