The reviews really do speak for themselves, but once again, what an amazing hotel!
Mehmet went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Both he and his father were incredibly respectful, welcoming and helpful — honestly, you couldn’t ask for better hosts.
The hotel itself was fantastic, and I would have no hesitation in booking again. The pool and water park were definitely the stars of the show. I’ve seen and stayed at a fair few hotels, but I’ve never enjoyed a pool as much as I did here. The kids absolutely loved every minute of it!
Our apartment was big, bright and spotlessly clean, with fantastic views of both the sea and the mountains. I was driving during our stay, but there are shuttle buses available throughout the day to take you to the beach, which is really convenient.
I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic stay, especially families. We had an amazing time and would happily return! ❤️

We had a fantastic stay at Gold City and would highly recommend it. The hotel is beautiful, with excellent facilities for all ages. Our apartment was bright, clean and had everything we needed for self-catering. The views over the pools and the Mediterranean were stunning and made every morning and evening special.
The resort is brilliant for families. The aquapark was a huge hit with the children, and our 11-year-old son made lots of friends, especially playing basketball by the pool. We particularly enjoyed the fitness suite, the aqua gym, Zumba and the daily pool activities, so there really was something for every generation.
Would like to say a special thank you to Arif and Mehmet, who welcomed us at reception, showed us to our apartment, explained everything clearly and were always available whenever we needed them. They also gave us excellent recommendations on where to eat, shop and explore.
The evening entertainment exceeded our expectations. The performers were incredibly talented and creative, with a fantastic international and cultural mix, including groups such as Raza Urbana from Colombia as an example. Every show felt professional, energetic and unique, and was one of the highlights of our stay.
The only small downside was that the hotel is around a 30 minute drive from Alanya centre and a 10-minute drive from the main road, with a gradual uphill approach. It wasn't a problem for most vehicles, but our 1.0-litre hire car found it a little challenging at times. Overall, Gold City gave us a wonderful family holiday.

L’infrastructure la nourriture étaient excellente juste elles se répète trop. Pas de viennoiseries le matin pour les amateurs du petit-déjeuner français.

Le locataire etait gentil et nous a offert un joli cadeau très serviable.
Le bus était médiocre il faisait un bruit affreux et une chaleur et odeur de brûlé se dégager de lui. J’ai laissé d’ailleurs mon ballon à l’intérieur et on me l’a pris.
L’appartement que j’ai pris pour 4nuits j’ai du payer moi même l’eau et l’électricité en plus du loyer donc on n’étais pas alaise pour allumer la climatisation et pour se doucher. Un grand inconfort pour ma famille
La cuvette des toilettes etait cassé et faisait mal

Clean rooms, nice kitchen with complimentary snacks, good spa facilities at decent prices. They have a supermarket which was useful (being on top of a hill, the nearest alternative was a 7 minute drive) and a Starbucks.
They advertise an indoor pool but it was never available during our 7 day stay (they weren’t heating the water so it was unusable) staff didn’t seem concerned, but this was the main reason we booked this hotel. Also, owner of the apartment said I have to pay for the electricity used which was a first!
Roaming cats pooped in the hallway, told reception, but was not cleaned up until 3 days later.
