The villa is spotlessly clean. The rooms are large and well-lit. There is a balcony with a beautiful view. There are mosquito nets on the windows, which is great for me because I am mosquitos favourite snack. Breakfast was served quickly and the coffee was excellent. The lovely owner gave me extra coffee. The value for money at the Sunrise Villa is excellent.

Large room. Good view. Great value for money. Rents bikes for a very good price which are old but work.
Didn't offer any more the curry food shown in some past images. The bike should have lights because driving at night in unlit streets is a bit dangerous.

Lovely traditional Khmer family run, Mum and teenage daughter speak some English and are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Basic accommodation, cold water only, but clean bedding, towels etc.
Have bicycles to rent but town centre is only 25mins flat walking. Pass-app ride hailing and tuktuks easy and cheap. Quiet side street, edge of town.
The friendly atmosphere and smiles are worth the stay. XX
No fridge, no kettle in the room ( but family kitchen downstairs is available and offered.
