What a fantastic view over the Douro and Vila Nova de Gaia. Very centrally located! Lovely restaurants nearby.
A few minor points that did take the edge off the experience: a very limited supply of plates and cutlery, and no bowls for breakfast. One of the two bedrooms was on the small side.

very well organized with everything one needs to make their stay comfortable
we liked everything, but there was a quirky feature in the shower. The way the towel rack is hung up. You can’t open the door fully and have to squeeze through, but that’s really a minor point. The apartment was very nicely appointed.

Great shower and towels . Well equipped kitchen
We expected a room with a view. We got a room that looked across a narrow street into the neighbor's windows. The purported balcony was a 12" strip of concrete with a rust-covered railing. There were 3 (count them, 3) clothes hangers. Usually when there is a coffee machine and filters there is at least enough coffee for the first morning ....not! The picture posted by the owner does not remotely reflect our room. The picture we attached represents the 'street view with a balcony.'
