Beautiful modern apartment in the heart of Old Town, close to river and tourist attractions. We were pleasantly surprised by the large rain shower in the apartment.

Although exposed timber ceiling/floor looks beautiful, unfortunately the people in the apartment above didn’t sleep and kept us awake by walking around at night.

Communication by mobile was good. Reception adress was 500 meter from stay adress. Totally inaccessable for cars. We parked in crystalpark parking, very safe day and night. 15 minutes walk to adress. But reception difficult reachable. Steep staircase streets!! Otherwise no problems, good safe adress. Free sight to city/douro. Very central, less than 5 minutes to all nice restaurants and tourist monuments. We tooka taxi to our appartment. Only 6 euro from parking.

the property was fantastic we have to the two bedroom and balcony and the view was stunning there was aircon and lift aswell to the top which is a plus as there are plenty of steps

I have nothing bad to say other than maybe a few marks on the wall from previous visitors and probably there bags but other than that very clean and very nice

Small things: • a folding table for the terrace would have been nice as well as a shade. • a wall coat hanger for longer jackets and some storage for clothes • when showering some water leaks out, maybe a silicone barrier One thing that was a but annoying was the amount of cigarettes butts and joints the people staying upstairs kept throwing out their balcony into our terrace.

Central located, clean. Uncomplicated and nice Reception. Nice view over Porto and Duoro.

Poorly soundproofed floor, so you can hear every step your neighbor is doing in the apartment above. It can be very annoying when your neighbor comes home at 1am or gets up at 5am - like it was with us. Luckily we had earplugs with us! Fridge next to the bed and also very noisy! Sparsely equipped kitchen - not even a salad bowl there

Excellent Location and has everything you would need

We got delivered the cards/keys at arrival by an employee of the company, also we got the code to access de building. All was simple and smooth. We had no issue to check-in nor check-out. We liked a lot the setup of the appartment.

One could hear time to time other people walking on the up floor but was not an issue for us since we were all day off and in the night there was not major movements so we could sleep pleasently.

Very clean, quiet and well appointed. loved the oak beams and the view over Porto. Well situated, 5 mins to main waterfront.

Great location with fabulous views. Room was lovely with great shower, cooking facilities and comfortable bed. Staff were absolutely wonderful- they did all they could to make my parent's anniversary special, including arranging a welcome basket of delicious local items.

There was a bit of noise when the room upstairs was occupied, but this was rare.

Apartment is spacious, looked new, location was very good. We were satisfied!

A view to the river in practice should be the best from 3rd floor. We got a 1st floor, so view was limited for us. Sao Joao Novo offers same size apartments from 1st till 3rd floors. Noise isoloation of floors is not very good, so we could hear a person walking upstairs.

Floors felt a bit thin. I was on the top floor so it didn’t matter but it might affect the lower floors.

Service was great, we arrived early but were able to leave our bags at the reception office nearby and were called when our apartment was ready. Bed was comfy, travel cot provided, plenty of towels and convenient location only a 5min walk to the river front. No frills, but ideal as a comfy, clean base for exploring Porto.

Nothing really, was exactly what we wanted for our trip.
