Moderne Einrichtung, Küche gut ausgestattet, Supermärkte in der Nähe, gute Erreichbarkeit mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichbar, sehr engagierter und immer erreichbarer Gastgeber, reibungslose Übergabe
schmales Bett (aber Gastgeber fand eine Lösung, was wir sehr geschätzt haben), wenige Abstellflächen und Haken für Kleidung etc., steile Stiege zum Schlafraum, hellhöriges Haus (Straße nachts trotz Hoflage laut hörbar), Reinigung könnte besser sein (Boden, Teppich, Sofa)

The apartment was in a great location close to several lovely cafés, bars and restaurants. Several lovely brunch options nearby and easy walking distance to tourist attractions - Clerigos Tower and Livraria Lello bookshop.
Pedro welcomed us at the apartment and was friendly and professional.
The apartment was clean and had everything we needed.
We were on the top floor with a small, quiet balcony with a view across the city.

Although the area is old and very neglected once you get inside the apartment it is clean , quiet and has everything you need for a short stay. Located in a lively central area minutes walk to many of the main points of interest.
Nothing that was under control of the host.

Location, reception staff, clean, airy. Good bathroom. Photos are accurate. Nearby construction did not start till 0800 and was not a problem. Generally quiet. Big black cat that ‘owned’ the roofs and walls below.
