Heel snel en vriendelijke contactmomenten.. Dichtbij centrum, op wandelafstand. Fijn dat er een wasmachine, strijkplank en strijkijzer was. Ook ventilator heeft dienst gedaan. Welkomstpakket is ook erg handig. Een keukenhanddoek wel gemist.
Ik zou zeker wel opnieuw boeken, want ze nemen feedback serieus en vriendelijk aan. Dus denk wel dat mijn aandachtspunten zullen verbeteren.
De algemene hygiëne kon wel beter. Kussens waren er te kort en zeker 2 aan vervanging toe. En dekbed heeft een goeie wasbeurt nodig. Dit pas laatste dag gezien want denk zeker dat ze een andere zouden gebracht hebben als we dit op tijd konden melden. Waren er maar 2 nachten. Gebouw wel erg oud waardoor gang erg stonk. Te weinig verluchting denk ik. Lift was oud, maar wel gekeurd dus toch gebruikt en handig met de koffers.

Muito cuidados com os detalhes, estava tudo muito limpo. Havia um kit de lavar loiça e um kit de boas vindas com cafés e chás. Tudo impecável
O sofá apesar de grande, é um pouco desconfortável pela estrutura de madeira, éramos 4 pessoas e duas dormiram no sofá. Mas também não foi nada grave, talvez se fosse muitos dias não seria o ideal
