A localização é perfeita para quem quer pegar praia, fica a uma quadra do mar e tem três supermercados muito próximos, 2 na mesma rua do apto e o Zona Sul que é na beira-mar já no Leme, o apto fica na começo do Copacabana. Apesar do apartamento ter um tamanho bom, as condições não são boas. Há bares e restaurantes de todos os tipos por perto. O metrô fica a mais ou menos 5 quadras. O sistema de senha na chegada funciona muito bem.
Chuveiro de morno a frio, jamais esquentou. As camas são velhas e desconfortáveis, a de casal já formou um buraco que você é engolido para o meio da cama e a de solteiro já está completamente mole. Nenhum dos ar-condicionados são bons, o da sala (de parede) faz um uma barulho muito alto não sendo possível dormir com ele ligado e o split do quarto faz menos barulho que o da sala, mas também não é silencioso, também tivemos que desligar para dormir. A janela do apto dá para uma parte interna do prédio e do prédio vizinho que ecoa todos os barulhos possíveis, os vizinhos são bem barulhentos, desde gritos à música alta desde cedo, começa por volta das 7h da manhã, também não se vê o céu dessa janela, então não se tem noção se está nublado, escuro, com sol, frio ou quente. A vibe do apto é bem deprê, as instalações do prédio também não ajudam, são velhas e o prédio tem bastante cheiro de mofo. Na rua do prédio há uma parada de ônibus que aos finais de semana e feriados forma uma fila enorme de pessoas que vai até a frente do prédio, passando uma sensação de insegurança, durante a semana essa fila fica menor, mas ainda existe. Tivemos um problema com o chuveiro elétrico que começou a dar um cheiro de fio queimado, contatamos a responsável que enviou um técnico para o local, ele trocou um fio, mas não resolveu o problema do chuveiro não esquentar. Também pedimos para nos avisar para marcarmos um horário para o técnico ir no apto, não fomos avisadas e ele chegou na hora que estávamos saindo para um passeio agendado, tivemos que aguardar ele terminar o serviço para sair, então apesar de ter atendido prontamente a reclamação, não resolveu totalmente o problema e não combinou o melhor horários para ir.
