Great hotel, very good for the price. Staff helped us get a bus to Sapa.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, even though they didn’t speak English. The room matched the photos on Booking — bright, spacious, and clean, including the bathroom.
Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for money.
There were no safe in the room. We visited during a colder season, and since the room had no heating, it was a bit uncomfortable at night.

Great location, had a secure place for us to park our bicycles, the bathroom had a separate shower - which is fantastic as the entire place doesn't get wet. Great lightening
