A very special benefit to this loft is the lack of climbing steps to have a 2nd floor view of River Street and the Savannah River. You enter from the alley side at the front door (5 small steps) but are on the 2nd floor on the river side. This is wonderful for people who don't like climbing stairs or have difficulty with steps. You can enjoy River Street without ever leaving the loft. You can drive right up to the door to unload your luggage or groceries then park your car in designated city parking spaces. No parking in the alley.
