South Austin is trending in a major way as it's just 15 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from Lady Bird Lake and downtown Austin. The house is walking/biking distance to iconic spots, grocery stores, theaters and dining -- without the hassle of finding parking or battling much traffic. Tucked away behind the main house, the guesthouse cottage offers a big fenced in back yard area as well. Come stay in the Blueberry Cottage for a real ‘South Austin’ atmosphere.

Communication was straight forward and the house is easy to find. We didnt spend a lot of time there as we travelled for F1 and were at COTA most of our visit, but the bed was comfy and she had everything we needed - comfortable and clean overall. Highly recommend

I had a great stay at Emily’s guest house! It was clean and well stocked with amenities. Checking in and out was so easy and she was incredibly responsive and helpful! Bonus was getting to meet her sweet dog!!

We had everything we needed and then some staying at this place for a music festival. Added bonus getting to interact with an extra cute doggo and kitty. Very clean and accessible. Would 10/10 stay here again!

Everything was beautifully decorated and well kept. It was easy to get in and out of the property and it was near a lot of places we wanted to see.

Overall the property was nice, the inside was very comfortable, cozy and provided what we were looking for. I also appreciate the time Emily took to email us a list of things to do, which helped out a lot.

This was just a quick stop-over. Loved the space, it was just right. Everything worked as it should, and the space was very clean. Host even had some refreshments in the fridge. Pearl (the Wonder Dog?) gave us a friendly welcome. Just a few blocks off Congress Ave, which is full of restaurants and bars. Not walking distance, but an easy drive there and back. Great stay.

Your Texas Hospitality shows in every detail, the little unique touches that makes travel feel like you're staying in a friend's home. Pearl is just the sweetest being on the planet, and she so much wanted to share her toys with Yoshi. And Meow Meow to Smokey Bear too!

We really enjoyed our time in Austin staying at the blueberry cottage. The location is perfect for down town Austin. It is just outside of Austin in a great neighborhood. Emily was a perfect host. Very well stocked kitchen. Hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did.

It is well equipped with toiletries as well as in the kitchen, had we had time to cook. Our welcome was accentuated by the greeting of Pearl, the black lab, with whom we enjoyed playing fetch while we had coffee outdoors under the trees listening to the birds. And, the Emily was responsive and helpful. I hope we can stay again sometime.

This was my wife's and my second time visiting the great city of Austin, and honestly could not have found a better place or host. We brought our two dogs this round, and Emily made sure they were all set and that we were extremely happy tourists. The location is great, safe, and close proximity to everything we needed in South Austin. We will undoubtedly be doing this again soon!

This was a great place to stay while we were in Austin for a wedding. The location was great and a quick drive to pretty much everywhere we wanted to go. The property was adorable, well stocked and very clean. Bonus points for the adorable black lab who greeted as as we came and went. Highly recommend!

The cottage was very quiet and secluded in a residential neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Austin. An easy drive to downtown, airport, etc.

Probably my favorite rental to date. I felt super safe and cozy in the Blueberry Cottage. Good neighborhood for walking the pup. Emily and Pearl were amazing. The place was clean and adorable. We had everything we needed. I highly recommend staying at the Blueberry Cottage!

The space is so welcoming, clean, well designed and well-decorated! It has everything you need for a great stay in Austin. Emily was super easy to communicate with and the directions in the house were crystal clear. The outside area is also really cute and they have a black lab who will great you, is so sweet and well-behaved. Can't wait to stay here again when I need another staycation.

Emily and her property (and the “greeting committee” of her sweet dog and cat) are absolutely wonderful. Checking in was easy, parking is no problem at all, the location is great, and there is so much sweet attention to detail and thought she’s clearly put into making the space a delightful stay. Will be telling all my friends this is the spot to book for Austin! Can’t wait to hopefully be back soon.

As grandparents we love our kiddos but are oh so glad for a quiet place to stay for the night. The cottage is convenient to many notable places, which means we can also have some fun when they are in school (and take comfortable naps!)

What a cute, beautiful little cottage! Communication with Emily was top notch and she was very flexible and welcoming. The fenced yard was the perfect play area for my 1 year old puppy. Emily welcomed her as if she was her own, as my pup romped and played with her dog. The neighbor was a great place to walk or run,. Mature trees and close to South Congress, THE place to go for shopping, food and drinks. Loved every moment there and plan to return for a longer stay to experience more !

Upon arrival the neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. Check in was smooth and the rental was clean, spacious and had a beautiful style in decor. There are plenty of blankets in the laundry room and anything you may need in the kitchen and restroom. Fully stocked with essentials. Communication with Emily was great and she was very accomodating. I would love to stay here again.

We loved staying in this cute little guest house! I absolutely loved the decorations! So cute! Everything was clean and felt comfortable, bed was comfortable too! Loved the extra pillow and was happy about having a kitchen/washer and dryer too! The internet didn’t work therefore tv didn’t either even though we switched to a different network, but owner communicated with us very well.

This was a great little get away for my partner and I. It was a 15 minute drive to the city but far enough away that it was peaceful for sleep.

I was very happy with this selection. An eclectic studio apartment that was perfect for my San Marcos fly fishing trip. It is just a few minutes from S Congress, and all the other fun places in Austin. Easy freeway access was also a benefit in this quiet neighborhood. Great hosts, and great housing will bring me back.

This was such a beautiful property to stay at with my girlfriend. We had two shows to go see over the weekend in downtown. Quick 15 minute drive to and from. Quiet neighborhood. Very clean and well kept space, and loved being greeted each day by the resident pup, Pearl, and cat. Will definitely stay here again!

We love these guys! We wanted to have a romantic night to ourselves before our hectic wedding and this was just what we needed! It's a gorgeous and cozy space with privacy but we also felt right at home with the owners. Next time we stay on Austin we'd love to book this again! Thanks, Emily!
