This beautiful home is located just North of Avalon s business district and walking distance to Avalon s restaurants and retail stores 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The 1st floor has front and rear decks, 2 bedrooms, the first bedroom has a double bed a single bed, and a private bathroom with tub and the second bedroom has 2 twin beds. The kitchen has an island, Sub~Zero refrigerator, Five Star Gas Stove/Oven, plenty of cabinetry and access to the rear yard/driveway. The dining area is located just off of the kitchen with a table that seats 8 people. The living room has high ceilings and lots of natural sunlight. The family room is equipped with a mini~bar/kitchen and includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and stove. The family room has a sliding door that leads to the outdoor heated~pool area. The 2nd floor has a Master bedroom with a king bed, a balcony, large walk~in closet, and master bathroom equipped with a whirlpool Jacuzzi, shower, double sink and skylights. The 2nd master bedroom has a queen size, a balcony, master bathroom w/ shower and tub and door to the front deck. Both master bedrooms have a washer/dryer set. A 3rd bedroom with a queen bed is located on the 2nd with a private bathroom w/ tub and front deck access. There are hardwood floors throughout the entire home. The yard is grass and features mulched flower beds. The paver driveway runs from the street to the rear of the property and provides off~street parking for multiple vehicles. The pool area is surrounded by mature landscaping and offers plenty of area for lounge chairs and other seating. Property is Pet Friendly $200 charge. 1st floor has 2 bedrooms: one bedroom with a double size bed and a single size bed, one bedroom with 2 single beds. The family room / den has a blue sofa bed - owner not sure if it is a double size or a queen size sofa bed. 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms, one bedroom with a king size bed, the other two bedrooms each have a queen size bed in them.
