Nashville is just 25 miles away. Guests have full access to the 3 bedroom cottage and walking trails on the 32 acre property.
Drive down a peaceful tree-lined road to get away from the hustle and bustle at this cozy retreat - near enough to town where you don't feel isolated yet far enough away to truly relax. All this while still having easy access to the charming towns and amenities nearby.
Go off-site and explore Civil War landmarks, find treasures at the antique shops in downtown Franklin, enjoy live music and food trucks at the Saturday morning farmer's market at the Factory, see what's playing at the beautifully restored historic Franklin Theater. Discover new talent at open mic nights at Puckett's in Leiper's Fork, and take the scenic Natchez Trace parkway to the Loveless Cafe for the best of Southern homemade cooking.
The host will have as little or as much contact as needed - but is close by for questions or any needs.

This cute ranch home was perfectly located between Franklin and Leiper's Fork. It was clean and comfortable, and we felt very much at home. We loved relaxing on the back patio and listening to the birds. We had fun visiting the owner's donkeys next door. We highly recommend the Spa at Leiper's Fork and the Songwriters Series at the Franklin Theatre. This was a very peaceful stay after a few fun-filled days in Nashville.

A beautiful property. Wonderful setting and just the perfect venue for a great weekend. Our host was wonderful, just a great long weekend in a relaxing space.

We loved our stay here! The house and location are great. Close enough to town for all of the day to day activities, but far enough out to “unplug.” Sally and Tim were such great hosts, and out boys loved feeding the donkeys and seeing the other animals on the property. We are already planning our next visit!
