About this cabin rental
Nestled in Tennessee, this charming cabin for $144 per night is a great choice for your next break. This cabin has everything that you will need to enjoy the adventures that await you. Whether it is whitewater rafting, mountain biking, hiking, zip lines, scenic train rides or just enjoying the nature of the woods everywhere around you. Maybe your not the adventurous type, you can just relax in the hot tub or sit by the fire roasting marshmallows. There are plenty of things to do If the weather turns bad, you can entertain yourself playing pool or air hockey in the game room. Enjoy being outside under the large picnic shelter by the fire pit, you might even see some of the deer, turkey, bobcat, fox, coyote, birds,and occasional bear that make their home in the surrounding woods. This is a 2 Bedroom and 2 bath cabin, so if you have more than 2 couples then there is a futon couch. If you are renting it for just 2 people, the downstairs bedroom and bath will be locked off. We do have a security system with a camera that only looks out at the driveway area. We do allow pets for a small fee. ( no more than 2 pets)

This was the perfect, quiet, staycation our family needed. The hot tub was perfect and the setup to watch the Army/Navy game was simple. Will definitely keep this on our list of places to revisit.

A well needed trip to relax. We were looking for a secluded place with a hot tub to relax. This fit the bill. Close enough to Cleveland for food choices and Chattanooga for things to do.

If you are looking for some relaxation this is a great place. We went in fall so white water rafting season was wrapping up. Not a lot to do around the ocoee area so this was a perfect location to relax. Cabin had tons of amenities. Hot tub, outdoor seating, grill. We did quit a bit of hiking in the area so the hot tub was great after a long day of walking. The only issue was the driveway was a bit tricky for our large truck. Steep hill and not a ton of room to turn around. Besides that everything was perfect.

It’s such a beautiful place. We enjoyed our long weekend away. They have thought of everything. The beds are comfortable and the cabin is cozy. The girls were disappointed that they didn’t see a bear but otherwise it was perfect. Can’t wait until we can run away again.

We have stayed at a few other cabins, but this one was SO easy to get to and yet so very private and secluded! The owner was available to answer a question, and everything was clean and FUN! The DVD collection was a nice bonus. Will definitely stay again, and hopefully it won't rain so we can partake of the grill and other things available outside.

We had another peaceful stay at the cabin on the hill! Such a clean & tranquil getaway for our anniversary. The owner was a pleasure to work with. We even saw some local deer in the woods near the house.

The cabin was AMAZING!! Beautifully appointed, everything (including sugar and coffee filters!) was there. Clean towels, comfortable beds, coffee drinking deck, party pavilion, 2 bathrooms!
If there was anything I could change, it would be the parking. The turn is a little tight for a full size pickup. Niece's Jeep did just fine, my truck, not so much.
But if that is the only drawback, that's ok!

Beautiful place, great location to white water raft at outland expedition and places to go see. The cabin was very clean and well stocked. Great place to stay, great views and can see alot of deer. Plan on staying again. Thanks for a great time we really enjoyed are stay.

W have stayed at quite a few rental homes over the years. This property knocks the rest out of the ball park. There is a steep drive but if you have 4 wheel or all wheel drive you are fine (summer we stayed). There was lots of space for the kids to run around and play. Beds were comfy. The house has a clean fresh pine lumber smell. Kitchen was nicely equipped This was by far the cleanest Vrbo home we have stayed at. Hammock and swings and pavilion were great.

Our trip was amazing. The views were great. It was less than a mile from Cherokee Adventure where we went white water rafting. Perfect location!

The family loved the cabin and property. The pups enjoyed exploring in the woods and hanging out at the pavilion. It’s a short drive to town, but also close to rafting, hiking , swimming and kayaking. The owners where wonderful to deal with, and helped us with rescheduling “I messed up the dates”. We had a wonderful time and can add this trip to our list of memories. We will definitely be staying again.

Terrific location to take advantage of the trails in the area and nearby shopping. This cabin was very secluded and exactly what we were wanting. You should know that most of your supplies you'll need to bring with you or purchase nearby. Not a big deal to me as I drive and pack everything and then some. Beds were comfortable but my sister said the pillows were sub-par. Again, I brought my pillow but I'll bring an extra for her next year just in case. This was a great home. Enjoy!

A great little rustic cabin in the woods that was a perfect location to celebrate my wife's birthday, the owner was very helpful and easy to contact, we really enjoyed our stay despite the rainy weather, we will be back!

Had a great girls' getaway for the weekend with my from elementary school. We had not seen each other in years. The cabin was the perfect location for our get-together. We laughed around the fire pit and reminisced about the good ole' days. Everything was perfect! I highly recommend this rental!!!

We rented this cabin as a spontaneous Easter weekend getaway near Chattanooga. Two adults and two children 6/10. I preferred the location , being private and on a hill in the forest. If privacy is a concern, this is a good spot. When i seek getaway, i intend on getting away from other vacationers and people in general.
I had no idea of the rafting pedigree this place has. We stumbled upon this town randomly and will return again knowing what it has to offer for outdoor adventures.
House was quaint and very nice, furnished kitchen, host provided bathroom tissue, but remember to bring your own paper towels.
Kid/Family note: Television in family room is old and the speakers are bad and tv randomly cranks volume way up, needs to be replaced. If your family likes to unwind in evening with movie or show might need to rely on your own devices. There are other tv’s but they are in bedrooms.
Communicating with host was good.
Campfire NOTICE: if you choose to use campfire for S’mores or any other cooking/roasting use. Provide your own utensils or use the provided roasting sticks that are located in the picnic pavilion. Do not disturb the trees or other vegetation to fabricate your own.

This is a nice, comfy and clean little cabin but because there were only two of us renting we were denied access to the downstairs bedroom, bathroom and laundry and yet we paid full price for the rental. We are an older couple and always rent a 2 bath cabin so we were not happy when we realized we paid for 2 but would have to make do with one. On top of that, we expected to enter and exit from the downstairs exterior door but since that was the 2nd bedroom door it was locked. We later discovered that the interior stairs from the upper level to the lower level are very narrow and circular with bad railing. At the age of 70 it was rather dangerous trying to carry a dog downstairs so he wouldn't be left upstairs unattended while we played pool! Lastly, the outdoor fire pit is a pretty good distance up the hill and away from the cabin, so in order to not leave the fire unattended you should plan on either staying outside the entire time or doing a lot of walking up and down the hill. The absolute best part of the stay was ordering takeout from the Ocoee Dam Deli & Diner!

We had a couple of friends coming back from injuries - the steps to the basement are very steep, but having stayed before we knew that going in. Everything was easy and comfortable as always.

This was an amazing cabin for a quick getaway. Pictures are as is.. super private, hot tub was amazing and John had everything from linens to cookware stocked. For me WiFi was important to catch up on some work and it was super quick too. We will be back!
