The staff were exceptional. I can’t stress how much they contributed to the stay being a positive one. They were genuinely happy to assist and were friendly.
The rooms are abit small, and I found a dirty cotton bud sticking out under my bed. I felt really gross afterwards. But this is a mistake made by humans. The other rooms did not have this. So I will definitely stay once again! And will recommend this place

Breakfast buffet offered sufficient variety of Asian/Western food. Club lounge offered a pleasant place to relax and we enjoyed "cocktail hour". Room was clean and maintained well by maid service. Enjoyed the roof top pool.
We have stayed here a number of times before. This time was disappointing. There seems to be low occupancy and the place seems tired. Water leaking onto corridor carpets on Level 6 when it rained is not a good look. Neither is a Mood Bar with beer taps visible but no draught beer available. No shuttle availability from 1.45 to 5pm is not helpful and Club privilege did not avail us of an extended checkout beyond 1pm so no lounge to wait in for our mid-afternoon journey to the airport.
