The location is amazing as it’s connected to a mall and it’s close to different restaurants, cafes and many other shopping malls. I would like to thank Kay who works at the breakfast buffet. As a Muslim who eats certain kind of foods, Kay went above and beyond to make sure that the chef prepared breakfast that my family and I could eat. I truly appreciate this gesture. Also, the check out is at 2:00 which is a plus.
الفندق نظيف و مريح و موقعه ممتاز حيث انه ملاصق إلى مجمع تسوق و بجانبه مطاعم و مقاهي مختلفة. الموظفين لطيفين وقد طلبت من احد الموظفين الذين يعملون في مطعم الإفطار و اسمه كاي إذا كان من الممكن من الشيف ان ينظف المقلاة و أدوات الطبخ ليصنع لي و لعائلتي الإفطار حيث أنني مسلمة و ينبغي ان يكون الاكل حلال و الأدوات نظيفة و قد ساعدني بكل رحابة صدر. وقت الخروج كان الساعة الثانية وهو شيء ممتاز.

The Hotel was in a great location. Next to a huge mall. The rooms were regularly cleaned and staff were amazing and very helpful.
Language was a problem as many did not understand English. But they were always ready to help by using translators on their phone.
