The flat was light and roomy and had fabulous views.
Clean and comfortable. Close enough to walk everywhere. Our host Patricia was exceptionally helpful and informative.

Beware it’s a lot of stairs - & could you please have coat hangers that aren’t attached to the rail? Can’t hang anything full length in the half height wardrobe

The view from balcony
I felt that the hostess could have been more attentive from beginning to end. Specially, not checking / responding to my messages on the first day of arrival and leaving the apartment and therefore, i was left alone on street without help (when I did not have a local sim yet) was something I never experienced in Portugal. And throughout the stay, there were little frictions here and there. But overall, the view from the balcony and location of the apartment were excellent. I probably had a high expectation of Portuguese hospitality from my past experience, but overall, the apartment was well equipped and it was a comfortable stay.
