The staff and the location were perfect. We could walk to many places and we felt safe. The people working there were very friendly and helpful.
The gym was not very well equipped.

We stayed for one night while transiting between Holbox and Bacalar and had a pleasant stay. The hotel is basic but clean, quiet, and comfortable. It has air conditioning, hot showers, and is just a 2-minute walk from the ADO bus station, with plenty of restaurants nearby. There’s also a nice rooftop pool area, although we didn’t have time to use it.
It’s a bit old and we got a room on the first floor and the windows face the hallway, so we had to leave curtains closed at all times.

Well-maintained, bright & airy, colorful with lots of greenery; we were greeted by the absolutely delightful Marie, who welcomed all our questions very enthusiastically and thoroughly. Very likely the most helpful person we met during our adventures; a great asset and ambassador!

Great Hotel location, close to the city center and to the transports (collectivos & ADO bus). The gym on the rooftop was good for a workout. A pool is also available but we didn't use it. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The humidity inside the room was very high (floor / bedsheets slightly wet).
A group of 5-6 mostiquos & a small cockroach was chilling inside the room.
The shower head was broken.
The windows were orientated to the inside.
