The highlight of this place is its exterior (swimming pool + garden + buildings) and personnel (the host is welcoming and willing to help, they approved early check in at 11am and brought shower gel and shampoo as the apartment didn’t have one). We stayed there for 3 nights and were satisfied with the 2d apartment we were given after our first night. The complex is close to supermarkets and canyon with refreshing water, but far from the sea ( a big plus, in my opinion, because Kemer public beach is a narrow strand of stones with plenty of people swimming there) so you’re far away from crowds and can enjoy a peaceful atmosphere.
The place needs a lil renovation and upgrade of basic stuff such as towels, bed linens etc.+ add toiletries in the bathroom (I will explain why, read till the end). I recommend owners to invest some money and renovate at least some of these houses and rent for a bit bigger price. It will pay off 100%.
Sharing my personal experience here:
When we arrived we asked for an apartment on the shady side, but there was no available apartment at that moment so we moved in to a sunny side (apartment #2 in the first building). When we entered the apartment we could feel a strong cigarette smell in the bedroom and found out to our surprise that no toiletries are provided by the rule. Being experienced travellers we were really frustrated by this fact and talked to the owner so he provided us with shower gel and shampoo later (as a gift). He also suggested us to check other apartments because of the cigarette smell but we refused at first as thought it would go away. Then we checked pillows and asked for new ones as current ones should have been replaced long time ago. As it’s a one bedroom apartment some family members had to sleep on sofas in the living room and it was an awful experience (they couldn’t sleep at all because the sofas were also worn out and should have been replaced long time ago). After the first night i contacted the owner and shared all our frustrations and asked for another apartment. Luckily one family moved out from the shady side and we moved in there. The sofa was more comfortable there for sleep and the host provided us with more blankets to cover it and make softer. There were some minor things that needed looking at at the second apartment (stained bed sheet that had some holes in it, broken door handle) but I decided just to go with them and not to continue complaining.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The modern design of the villas and the beautiful, clean pool area right outside our doorstep were fantastic. The backdrop of the mountains is stunning, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended!

Absolutely brilliant! The architecture of Han-De Homes is stunning, and the apartment was spotlessly clean and very well-equipped. The pool area is fantastic and so peaceful—perfect for relaxing. The host was incredibly polite and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We would love to come back for a longer stay next time.

The property has a beautiful view over the mountains. The area is peaceful with a good vibe. The pool is clean and well maintained. The apartment has everything you need for a nice stay. The management team is very helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our time at Han-De Homes.
