Everything during our stay was great. Food in main restaurant, snacks in other resraurants and cleanliness was great. Extra bed was provided to us as per our request. View from room balcony was amazing.
Activities in kids club can be improved.

Location is great lots of shopping places, doctors, and pharmacies.
Easy for walks, and taxi service ranks for quick rides. The we went to Avasallar for 20eur return.
You can pay with TLira, GBP.,EUR.
The hotel is ample, the pools were great, the beach has a lot of pebbles but with shoes is enyoiable.
Part of staff are kind, but shame they do not speak enough English.

Customer relations are good they listened and do their best to make you comfortable.
Kids clubs good. I should say this hotel is for not older than12.

They did not meet my room requirement, I we have to ask for a change. The ac wasn't working properly.
We have to ended upgrading for extra cost.
The family rooms are good, but be ready to pay more.

The pool bar was always the same for 3 days in a row.
The beach bar does not meet my requirements.
A la carte did not surprise me at all. My husband and daughter have to return to the buffet to feel satisfied.
The main restaurant have plenty quantity. But at the same time repetitive. The same chicken and fish grilled every day, the same spaghetti, bolognese sauce and grilled vegetables.
For a long stay it's tricky to find a way to variate the menu. You must not be a picky eater.
The ac has not been clean for a while.
The cocktails and so insípid. Not much choice. I have not drink more than just sprite, coke, and water or coffee.
The deserts are beautiful but not tasty.
The cakes magestic and once again not sweet enough or just not good. We mainly took fruit all the time for desert.
The sunbed fight was tricky. I we have to ended doing the run at 08.00am to get good spots.
The night entertainment need to improve. The shot music on a Friday night at 21.00. People dissapointed as us have to return to room with nothing to see or do. While in meantime could sleep up to 12.00 due the good vibes and great music, hows and disco in the other's hotels near by.
For those looking for an adult only thing. I do not waste your time here. I there is better options around.
I have been in Turkey before, but I must to said did hotel has not meet my expectations at all. It has a good potential just seems to me a fake advertisement make in luxurious were not. You don't feel all inclusive when you have to walk all the time to reception to get some decent alcohol drinks. 5 bars and just one serving cocktails. Not fresh juice at all.

We really enjoyed the adults only pool for a bit of peace and quiet. The pools were not as big as we expected, but nevertheless they were spacious enough.
