Lovely room with a gorgeous view and pool. Mý and her mum are lovely friendly hosts that are very helpful. We had a delicious breaky every morning. Mý was also able to help us book a hiking tour with a great guide (Phen). I would definitely recommend booking a hike through them, lots of options that seem to differ from the options around town. It’ll take you out of busy areas to see some real authentic lifestyles of the many different villages and cultures of the area
Not a dislike for us as we enjoy being out of the main town, but you definitely need to be able to ride a scooter to get around or be happy to book taxis :)

“My” was kind and really helpful. She booked a local tour and offered a good motorbike for us. They did the laundry as well. Great breakfast! Really cool pool.

Had a wonderful stay with Sau, Mi and their family. Mi in particular with her good English was very helpful and a great cook! The room was as described and overall great value for money. We had an idyllic few days walking, swimming eating and resting it was perfect to recharge. The location is great as you can just wander around the rice fields but ther e is still enough places to find food if needed. Though the food here was great too.
As other reviews have mentioned there is a bit of a damp problem especially noticeable when we arrived but after running the air con to dry it out and airing we didn't notice. It would be awesome to have 2 deck chairs per room.
