The location is very central at the touristic neighbourhood Reeperbahn with very easy access by S-Bahn. The room (nr 10) was very spacy and clean.
There was only one toilet paper for the 3-nights stay. The neighbourhood is super noisy day and night but the windows are very good and with earplugs it was easy to sleep.

The location was fantastic, the room was a reasonable size and I loved the fact that there was both a bath and a shower, which is rare for a hotel. The staff were also extremely helpful when I accidentally locked my phone in the room when I left. I was so grateful.
There were no dinner forks, lots of spoons and knives but no forks. The only other negative was that there is no wardrobe so any clothes that needed hanging had to be kept on the coat hooks. This was fine for me as I only took clothes for a couple of days but if I had more clothes, say for a week or more, then it could be inconvenient.

Location room was qyuiet
I stayed here 2 Christmases ago but had a different room which I liked. This time I paid about 15 euro more a night for a fairly rubbish room that was stinking of cigarettes. Minimal facilities. Disappointing stay
